Yes - in the sense you need to run your bass and vox via a mixing desk. The output can then be sent to IEM's. That exactly how I gig and it makes the world of difference when you can actually hear yourself over a very loud drummer and some keen guitarists.

In theory, yes.
Depends how many sends you have back from your mixer as to whether you have to 'share' the mix
and your bass will have to have a signal into the desk..

It might help if you say how you think you might be able to do it.

I've used an 'ART MyMonitor' with some success. Interrupts your vocal mic feed to the desk and allows you to feed to IEM's. I also had a generic monitor mix from the board on the other channel, but you could just as easily take a feed from your amp (tuner out perhaps?) I would think.

I found that the vocal mic picked up the on stage sound pretty well anyway without needing the monitor mix althogh if you are doing vocal harmonies it's useful to have the other vocalist(s) in the monitor feed.
