they appear to be the same size as emg-40p's

wizard have said they would build me a bridge and neck for £150, which is more than what i wanted to spend really. EMG's would cost about the same

any other recomendations?? id rather keep it as close to £100 as possible really

I have two EMG 40CS in my Grind 6, they sound rather good in my opinion. Cheaper options? Well, I find that quite often I only use the neck pickup, as I like the resultant fat sound. So you could replace the neck pickup initially, and leave the existing bridge pickup in place, unconnected, as a "dummy".

You did ask...

Hi.

I have a Grind bass 6 string ntb.

I have thought about replace my pickup with EMG 40P.

Are you satisfied with the new sound or is it waist of money.

I like the sound now, but if the sound is going to be better, then i´ll do it.

but then again it is a matter of taste?

hope you can help me.
