TomWIC Posted May 22, 2012 Share Posted May 22, 2012 Hi all, Just doing my introduction after joining, seems the polite thing to do I'm Tom, 23, from Essex. Been playing bass for about nine years now, with it becoming a major aspect of my life in the last three. I must admit to lurking the forum a bit prior to joining, but everyone seems friendly and knowledgeable so I took the plunge to become (hopefully) an active member. Just to give a brief outline of my gear and style...my main bass is an Epiphone Thunderbird IV custom shop in silverburst, I'm absolutely in love with the Thunderbirds and are my favourite bass to play. Also have a (soon to be sold) Ibanez GSR200 and an ESP LTD B-15 five string. Primarily play metal and hard rock styles (main tuning for the T'Bird is CGCF, I'm rarely out of it these days).
