Hot or not?[/quote]

Oddly enough I stumbled upon this by myself! Looks great and the price isn't bad at all BUT I've flagged it up on the Warwick forum because the signature on the body is meant to be a factory inlay and that doesn't look like any CNC machined inlay I've ever seen ;) Added to which under the signature you have a CND symbol... not on the factory produced models you don't :)

Everything else about the bass screams correct but that signature is just well weird. It looks hand 'drawn' as opposed to signed (not flowing). It may be that it is one of JB's own basses (unlikely) that he has signed personally or it was a prefactory run (equally unlikely).

I can't figure that one out, hence I've flagged it on Warwick.de but it looks to all other intents and purposes like the real thing!

There-in lies the puzzle!

It appears there was an initial early edition of 50 fretted 50 fretless that had that signature with the CND symbol BUT they did not have a neck plate.

The later run did have a neck plate but the signature was inlaid and different.

Bit of an oddball.
