djc63 Posted March 20, 2012 Share Posted March 20, 2012 (edited) Status Graphite lined fretless 4 string Jazz bass replacement neck fitted with Hipshot tuners and three string retainer. Ordered new from the Status factory in '06 and installed by me on my Jazz bass body. This is in superb condition having rarely been played and never gigged. There are no chips or dings to the headstock or back of the neck. The fingerboard has some marking from roundwound strings but this is from just a few hours use. To be honest I never really got on with the lined board plus I generally always play 5 strings these days, so this is now surplus to requirements. I replaced the neck on my fretless SR4 with a Status, I am now looking to move the original on as bass is now 100% better with the Status neck. If anyone buys this they will never regret it.
