TPJ Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 (edited) These Sad's are a great piece of kit. I run all my basses, active and passive, through one. Bass on 3 1/2, treble on 3 which adds just a bit of girth. If you stick a VT bass or valve pre before the Sadowsky it makes the valve effect really come alive and creates a very nice tubey tone.
