Interesting looking Wilson

My first bass was a Wilson Rapier - a later model than this one, having independent tone and volume for each pickup, and they'd ditched the oblong metal pickup plate and fitted an updated bridge design by this time. It suffered from piledriver neck dive but was very easy to play with a thin fast neck. Turned it fretless by knocking the frets out using a screwdriver blade and a shoe heel. :) White plastic card in the fret slots, a quick sand..... it worked far better than it should have. Cheap and cheerful and surprisingly playable for the money.

If anyone's going to bid, get detailed photos of the neck pocket area and verify there are no cracks in the body wood. A bit of a weak point.
