It's the earlier version with the cloth grille rather than the metal. 20 watts, 8" speaker, surprisingly good sound for a small amp. There are a couple of (very) minor scuffs on it, but otherwise it's pretty much as it left the factory. I've had one for the last couple of years and its the biz. Credits itself really well on small acoustic gigs too. At this price its a steal - you wont find a better practice amp for the money.
