hope that the vast knowledge of basschat can help
a man in a bit of a quandry,
the three 4 strings I have are all jazzes, one fender late sisxties
and 2 squiers, one twenty years old,the other a mod fretless,
also have a cirrus 5 stringer,
so the amount I know about p basses I could write in capitols on a stamp,
I have the chance to get a mexican fender p bass for £200 as a debt thats owed,
have had a look and played it,it could do with a restring and setup but sounds better
than I remember when I had one in the seventies,
I know that the money is a good deal, what can I possibly move this on for if I find I still
want to use my jazzes

thanks in advance
stef

If it`s in pretty good nick you`d probably get £250-£300 on ebay, which SEEMS to be the best place to sell price wise, though the people on this site are more reliable/friendly in my experience ( I`ve sold and bought stuff on both sites.) £200 would be a steal for a nice condition example IMO.
