I imported this from the US where it previously belonged to the owner of specialist bass store Bass NorthWest. It a Zon Sonus 4 string, 24 fret phenowood/graphite neck, rare custom colour with D-Tuner. REALLY playable bass, the neck is super fast with a lovely satin finish. Lightweight body in a custom blue finish. Single soapbar type pickup. Volume and concentric tone control which gives a huge range of tones from phat bassy dubness to a bright, honky modern jazz kinda tone. Very good condition throughout some minor buckle rash on the rear. Only minus point being that whoever added the D-Tuner accidentally drilled right through the headstock (!) meaning that under the E string machinehead theres a tiny hole about 2mm in diameter! Honestly, not very noticeable and i'm guessing could be easily filled. Slight ding on top of headstock too. May be interested in trades as long as there was still a certain amount of cash coming my way - particularly interested in any kind of P/J bass, a maple (ideally block inlays) Jazz Bass neck or a small backup bass head (something like an Ashdown Little Giant/Superfly?) Collection only (i'm in Lowestoft, Suffolk) or can travel to meet a reasonable distance. Any questions etc.. fire away!
