Help me identify this bass?

(Sorry, don't know how to embed it since they messed about with youtube!)

Can you help me work out what Jerry Preston is playing here? I first thought it might be a BC Rich or an Alembic, but I really have no clue. Aside from that, check out the unbelievable groove of these guys... my God.

EBS_freak is completely correct, it is a Vintage B.C.Rich Wave bass, which was designed by Martyn Evans, not as Bernie Rico Snr would have you believe, himself

@ 4 strings, the DiMarzio pick ups are Passive, but the bass has a pre-amp booster, and a 6 position varitone, but I cannot see in the video, if the pre-amp switch is on, if it is off, then the bass is Passive

@Mokl, they are very rare basses, there is one on German Ebay, but it has a horrid paint job on it, spiderweb
