mik900 Posted December 14, 2010 Share Posted December 14, 2010 I am using my Ampeg SVT 3 Pro to lay down a bass track, I am DI ing from the back of the amp, is it Ok to DI without connecting the amp up to speakers? The SVT 3 has an SS poweramplifier - and to be on the safe side, keeping the master volume down at zero, it will be fine running without a speaker attached.
