Online sight reading practice (for learners)

I found this site:

Which is very useful. BUt it stops before you start getting on to accidentals - and the exercises often aren't at all musical, just random notes.

Does anyone know of any online resource (preferably free) for me to practice my sight reading? I know my way round a score (I learned up to grade 5 piano) I just need to practice connecting knowing the notes to getting comfortable with their position on the fretboard.

Any pointers gratefully received.

Our own major-minor has generously produced the very thing you need. You'll find it here on the site: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=74284. You won't find anything of this quality anywhere else.

Wow - I hadn't seen the introduction to Sight Reading sections of this. Bookmarked and ready to get stuck into as soon as I get home.

Thanks for the heads up Stevie, and even more thanks to Major-Minor for putting it all together.

A random note generator which is pretty good for working on pitch reading - the fact that it won't make musical sense is actually quite beneficial as it really forces you to look ahead.

There are also plenty of transcriptions in the link in my sig.
