Obviously there is a board in there at the moment and by board I mean piece of wood with rubber feet, I am not planning on including it as I think most people would want to just replace it anyway but hey if you want it you can have it. Internal Measurements are 795mm x 390mm x 40mm (there is a level of foam you could remove here if you needed) but the lid is then an additional 90mm where then it hits that egg shell foam which is probably another 20mm if you want to remove it.
