1. Bought a 77 Precision from Rob, responded very quickly to my messages and took the time to show me the bass, thanks a lot!
2. ok, one trade option added: Vintage Music Man Sabre
3. Thanks, the quality is excellent indeed. Can't be too bad when Marcus Miller and Richard Bona play one...
4. Bump
5. price includes insured shipping
6. Sorry, forgot to mention - not interested in trades
7. I'm selling my DeGier Origin Custom 5 Jazz Bass Handmade by Dutch luthier Sander De Gier Body: Alder Neck: Maple, with slanted headstock Fingerboard: Birds eye Maple Neck Color: Vintage color TS, pickguard white Pickups: Nordstrand Big split coil Electronics: Aguilar OBP-3 preamp Bridge: Custom De Gier / ETS Tuners: Hipshot ultralight Bag: De Gier heavy leather gigbag Bolt-on neck 34" scale. Aguilar OBP3 electronics with active/passive push/pull-pot and push/pull-pot for the mid frequency (400/800Hz). The string spacing at the bridge is 18 mm. The bass is lightweight (about 4,1kg) and very well balanced, the tone is superb, very even, and, to use a clichee, like a 'jazz on stereoids'. B string is great, better than any other 5 stringer I've tried. Great playability, very low action is possible, if that's your thing. This video gives a good impression of the sound (sorry it's in German). This is actually the exact same bass that I'm selling: h t t p s : //dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1830383/De%20Gier%20Origin%20Custom%205%20Sunburst.flv https://www.youtube....eature=youtu.be De Gier website: http://www.degierguitars.com/origin Here's Richard Bona playing a De Gier bass: https://www.youtube....h?v=VUyWJT-90nE The bass is in immaculate condition, can't find any scratches or dents. The only two details I want to mention are that the mid pot doesn't snap into place when it's in the middle/flat position and that the zip of the leather bag only opens one way. So why are you selling this bass you might ask.... well, it was an experiment too see how I would get on with an active non-Fender bass... and the answer is, even though the DeGier is a much better bass than my Fender, I still prefer the 20 frets neck of my Fender (probably just because I got so used to it) and can't really justify keeping both. The bass is located in Austria, but will of course ship to the UK and the rest of Europe. Any questions just send me a PM. Only trade option: Vintage Music Man Sabre
8. no, they are exact copies of fender precision basses. in fact, they got sued by fender for being too similar to the fender basses in the early eighties.
9. white greco SOLD to Julio
10. 4,4 kg 9.7 pounds probably about 100-200g less with a 'normal' bridge
11. I'm selling two of my vintage Greco P-Basses first one: SOLD Greco Electric Bass white with rosewood fretboard. 1978 serial, all original except pickup/bridge covers and thumb rest. good condition for a bass this age, some nicks in the lacquer (see photos) light weight, very flat and smooth neck for a p-bass. 3,8 kg. neck width at nut 41mm more photos here: http://s760.photobuc...e?sort=2&page=1 £350 second one: Greco Mercury PB600 sunburst with maple fretboard 1980 serial, all original except Schaller strap lock and high-mass Gotoh bridge. this one has lots of nicks on the body and neck, (see photos) 'road worn' and not a collector's piece but it's definitely a player, sounds very punchy, as good or better than any Fenders or Tokais I've played apparently those Greco basses were produced in the same factory as the Squier JVs two years later 4,4 kg. neck width at nut 42mm comes with leather gigbag more photos here: http://s760.photobuc...t?sort=2&page=1 £290 insured shipping no problem no trades

Nice playability, very smooth neck, low action and great P-bass sound. more photos here: http://s760.photobuc...e?sort=2&page=2 price includes insured shipping to the uk and rest of europe no trades
