<- that one is a cheapy jap 80's bass that I've upgraded everything on and it's brilliant now - love it although it's been superceded by the lakland now I suppose but I played it for the best part of 6 years non stop.

brilliant - I've found some sound samples on the akai site (I just can't listen to them at work!) we're a 3 piece in Vinyl Tap at the mo and it would be great if I could fill out some rhythm guitar sounds while the guitarist is soloing - do you reckon this would do the job? Classic rock type stuff

Absolutley forst class and inspired playing in Abba's tunes - I learnt many for a functions band I was in and was so surprised I hadn't noticed how great the lines were.

Other surprises - Kenny Loggins - Footloose - cracking bassline (sounds like a synth to me) but great laugh and (preparing to be shot) Alan Lancaster's stuff for early quo <bang> really great solid and unusual in places

looks like a Japanese Jackson/Charvel San Dimas to me - had exactly the same (case and all) in the late nineties, do the pickups have Jackson on them? - brilliant guitar great neck, superb tone. Sold mine about 6 years ago for £170 - wish I'd kept it!

0.6mm orange Totex for me - 25 years and I'm not changing now! Tortex wear down rather than snapping and you can play really fast and really syncopate (can't spell sorry!) - between string changes are still slower than fingers but the attack and rhythm matching are superb

actually just seen that you can get a custom PRS SE new for £399 (rrp is £599) so £285 ish would seem a better price.....

I've decided after getting extreme GAS lately that it's time to share some with everyone else so I have a PRS Custom SE Cherry burst guitar, great condition with excellent PRS gig bag, no dinks or anything and hardly used as I bought it from the original user as few years back to lay in a duo that never happened so it's sat about doing nothing in it's case.
It's exactly the same as this one (if you PM me I'll send you some photos of the actual guitar but I can't figure out how to add pictures on here at the mo!)

I reckon £350 ish is fair - I have a guitar box so can post it as well if needed - be about £25 or so unless someone can point me in the direction of a cheaper way?

Also along with the rock guitar ambition came a digitech RP7 valve all in one effects thingy - evrything in it plus a valve pre amp - nice bit of kit - the bank down pedal is a bit iffy but it's just a microswitch swap out so not much hassle to swap and I never use it anyway just go round the loop with the bank up button - no idea what this is worth £100?

In terms of swapsies let me know - I need one of those Boss Tone Loop Pedal thingies is anyone fancies that
