  1. While I’m on, price drop to £195. It’s heavier than your class d’s but we’ll worth it for that big sound. cheers
  2. Slightly incorrect with spacing Pete, unit total width is 19”, hole spacings are 18.5” standard
  3. Yes. It’s standard 19” from hole-hole. 2U unit
  4. Excellent working order, nice condition and all original. U.K made. Fills the room with a thick chunky powerful sound Welcome to test here in WV14 through my speakers or yours, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Cheers Geoff
  5. All this publicity without strumming a chord. Clever stuff
  6. Fair groaner and fair strummer and that’s it. Clever pre gig advertising.
  7. Here’s a bump Lozz, I bet you play on a gig with the bass in its case
  8. Alder body in chrome red, C shaped maple neck with a dark-rosewood board (not photo enhanced) No truss rod issues. Nut 41.3mm String through body I replaced the original split single coil pickup with a Dimarzio DP122 WIMO is far superior to the stock one. I also replaced the ‘S1’ switch with a Fender 250k log vol control pot (who wants the windings in parallel giving a weakened output?! ) Both the original pickup and S1 switch are included. Rotosound 45-105 rounds fitted. Fender moulded case plus strap clips if you want to use. Small touched-up paint chip near neck indicated. Other than that negative, you could say excellent condition - great balanced thick sound of course. Serial No. Z5016004 AM P BASS S1SW RW CRD 05/2005 Welcome to trial here before potential purchase or can organise shipping at buyers agreed cost. Location WV14 West Midlands cheers, Geoff
  9. After much consideration, I’m selling a Markbass Italian Ferrari bass head, decent condition and excellent working order. 280W @ 8 ohms. 450W @ 4 ohms. Traditional toroidal transformer as Ashdown etc. (no class d). Big ‘Markbass’ sound with plenty of power, fat tone and slightly bigger than the later MKII’s. All controls as the LMII but has no VPF Filter (smiley face control - mid cut) It has some scratch marks on the surfaces but the front panel looks smart. Welcome to test here in Coseley, West Midlands either through my speakers or yours. Can ship UK 24hr. for £20 insured, unless you prefer to organise. Cheers Geoff

  10. Great amp for lead in the 70’s. Fender, Marshall and Vox all in one.
  11. Would this be too much for my 2x Vanderkley EXT300’s? Mathematically yes. I don’t know. Any comments appreciated. (I know I’ve gone off on a tangent with mrtcats ad but could be potential purchase of this..if safe)
  12. Italian made cab/speakers. Equipped with original 2 x 10" Neodymium magnet speakers and an adjustable piezo tweeter Frequency range: 45 - 18,000 Hz Light and compact Bass reflex opening on back Its a great cab in excellent working order with punchy, powerful sound - very precise for both active and passive basses. Dimensions (W x H x D): Approx. 595 x 330 x 435 mm. Good quality cover included. Welcome to test here with my amp or yours before potential purchase. I’d prefer pickup but might consider sending at buyers expense or even meet up. Cheers Geoff

  14. Sunburst/rosewood board. 2004-5. S1 switch. Nice action and good P bass sound. I’m selling this because I’ve just purchased a CAR one, so this one, which I’ve used for around 10years has to go. Over previous years I’ve used JV P basses (82-83) but some had faulty truss rods, so I went back to American. Nice condition apart from a few dings indicated and a little bit of black touch up to the body near the neck heel (hardly noticeable) Scratchplate non original. Frets very good. Nut width 41-41.25mm. Weight 4kg. Includes hard Gator case + strap Welcome to trial/test here in WV14 through my gear or yours. Can ship if necessary or close meet up. Cheers Geoff
