Hi all
Up for sale is a Fender MIM precision believe it is candy apple red.
I'm selling for one of my relatives it was bought as her second instrument for music GSCE, played for a few hours and has been unused since. It is a 1995-96 model but it mint condition, I have had a look over and can't find any marks on it. It still has the plastic on the pickguard.
Strings probably haven't been changed since '96 but other than that its great! Quite fancy hanging onto it for a bit but I am more of a jazz man.
Looking for £270, now £250

I also have an identical model and do agree! -
I have the very same rig, very portable, loud and clear!

Can't see any photos in the original advert
Will you be able to stick some up? Thanks!
Sorry mate this sold a while back, i've updated the ad to show this. -
Hi All,
Up for sale is my Squier Vintage modified precision which I have only had for a few months after buying it off here. Below is the original advert and photos.

Bought it as I fancied trying a precision, after always playing a jazz. Its a lovely sounding bass the, US pickup does make it sound like a US fender and it is easy to play, but I am a jazz player at heart, and need to buy a laptop so need to raise money.
I have added a set of schaller straplocks also.
Would like to get back the £225 I paid for it.

I've got four candles if you want a trade, and some X

Just sold a beloved jazz to shaun, excellent guy to deal with, made it really easy. Hope you enjoy the bass

Great bass shaun, I've got the same but maple and fretted, oh and 3 eq, but its black!

I am probably going to really regret this but I am putting my Fender 75 reissue up for sale.
I bought it on here about 6 months ago thinking it would be the bass to put an end to my GAS.....but then I saw a very similar looking Lakland DJ (see photo), which has a slightly smaller body that just suits me a bit better, even though I prefer most other things about the Fender. Would like to keep both, but times are hard etc.
It is in very good condition, only issues with it are a very slight (1/2cm) laquer crack near the heel of the neck, and also on the first fret there is a slight bump, if you read the comments on the link from the original thread this explains much better than I can! I have never had any issue with it.

I am looking for £780 for it, a little more than I paid for it only due to the fact that I am including a pretty much new hiscox hard case which cost me £80 a couple of months back.
It does not have the pickup covers with it. Any other questions please ask!

Should still be on there, just put the item number in the search field, worked for me just now! -
Hi all
Want to move on a 5 string OLP I bought as an impulse purchase on ebay recently, I thought I would like a go at playing 5 strings, but have quickly realised I'm happy with just the 4!
Heres the item number for ebay - 110580922906 for photos and info. Let me know if you want any further info. Comes with a new rittar hardcase.
Would like to get £150 back for it, or would trade for a precision, squier classic vibe etc.
Thanks!

Are you still talking basses? -
I am so tempted to get one, I hear nothing but good things! Would be a nice introduction into the P bass after playing a jazz for so long!
-
The item made me chuckle, its for an Ernie Bell Magic Man! Seller clearly knows his product!
Hi All,
I have a Warwick Thumb 4 - Ltd edition 2003 Bleached blonde "tentatively" for sale.
Only 350 ever made. I bought it on here 3 years ago and have never gigged it. There's a couple of minor dings/marks but nothing untoward at all. I'll attach pics in the next couple of days but you can take a look at the link below to see her.

I would prefer collection or a meet (I travel for work quite alot).
I'm looking for £850 plus shipping if required. I'm not interested in trades, unless its a Modulus Flea
Paul
Argh! I had a Modulus flea which I just sold this week because it wasn't getting the use it deserved, I would have loved a trade for this! And I live in Essex!
Good luck anyway! -
Price drop to £200 before I put this on ebay this week, any takers?

Hi all
Selling my cort gb74, looks very similar to the Lakland DJ, think they are made in the same factory and have very similar necks to the skylines in my opinion, and the same hipshot licence tuners.
Its in good condition, no real damage to mention, very nice bass for the money plays well, just only seem to be playing my 75 reissue at the moment so want to get rid of what I am not using.
Spec:
Cort GB74 OPN Bass Guitar - solid swamp ash body, bolt-on maple neck, maple fretboard, 22 frets, 1x Mighty Mite J-style alnico & 1x MBA4 pickups, 2-band active EQ, coil split switch.
Looking for[s] £230[/s] £200, could post if absolutely necessary but don't have a case for it. May trade for 5 string jazz eg fender MIM etc. -
Bump for edit and price drop

Hi All
I have an American 75 reissue Jazz and I love it, my only one gripe is it is very slightly head heavy.
I am thinking about adding a badass II bridge, I know the benefits are already massive due to the crap bent tin bridge already on it, just wondered if anyone thinks this will help balance the instrument better?
Anyone encountered any negatives swapping the bridge over?
Thanks
Phil -
Lovely looking bass, not sure about the carpet though!
