1. No really man, money from this going towards a gigbag pocket size class D amp. What you got? Cheers
2. Great bass amp, surplus to requirement. Ashdown's EVO II version - the good sh*t! 600watt beast. It has recently been serviced professionally. The chassis and fans have been cleaned, controls and jacks serviced, fasteners tightened and all functions verified. Any potential buyer is welcome to come and test (in Glasgow). £165 posted in the UK please. (Bass cab isn't included!) 4. Does anyone own any of the Taurus bass amp range? Looking at the BL450 as a small lightweight amp head solution . . . Cheaper than AG Tone hammer etc http://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/Taurus_Amplification_BL450.html
5. It's coming back to Scotland! ;-)
6. I have a similar project with a flea bass, it's currently with the forums own Ou7shined for completion. Thread is here - http://basschat.co.uk/topic/232538-project-fleabass/page__fromsearch__1

8.
I too can't believe that this is still here? Superb bass for the fraction of the price of a cutlass... If I had a precision I would offer it up as a trade!! Have a bump on me!
Cheers man
9. Make me a cash offer bump!
10.
That, is a bass. Lovely. GLWTS.
Cheers man! It sounds amazing!
11. Thanks for that, yeah it's really similar. All round it's a great bass, sounds amazing! But alas I have just listed it in the for sale section . . I just don't get on with the headstock shape! I am vain!
12. Latest gumtree buy, at a time I am cutting down instruments in favour of the new mortgage deposit! April 1982 Ibanez Blazer . . But in P/J configuration. I thought the P/J configuration was only found on the Roadster & Roadater II . . Wee bit of research on here & we think it's a blazer with the jazz pup added. All the pickups are matched and the electrics original. I suspect the addition was made by Ibanez them selfs. Finish has been stripped, other than that everything looks original . . The Jazz bridge pup is good, does the Jazz burp when solo'd, but the Precision pup is full on Pbass thump . . Amazing sounding! Usual dings as expected with a 33 year old bass. SOLD posted in the UK. Bass is in Glasgow if anyone wants a blast on it. Cheers! 13. Matching style Ibanez pickups . .
14. On closer inspection (taking it apart) I think the Jazz pup was defo an addition . . BUT . . The wiring harness, pickups are all matched & original looking + it doesn't look like the Jazz pup space was cut at a different time (change of finish etc). I am leaning towards thinking Ibanez took a stock Blazer in the factory and made the addition. Again I could be wrong!! LoL I giged it last night and enjoyed it, but I think it could possible be getting moved on in the classifieds shortly. I am not 100% sold on the headstock shape.
15. Latest gumtree buy, at a time I am cutting down instruments in favour of the new mortgage deposit!! April 1982 Ibanez Blazer . . But in P/J configuration? I thought the P/J configuration was only found on the Roadster & Roadater II . . Wee bit of research online brings up a few folk saying they also have a pre Roadster P/J Blazer bass. Finish has been stripped, other than that everything looks original . . The Jazz bridge pup is ok, does the Jazz burp when solo'd, but the Precision pup is amazing!! Fat punchy 70's sounding goodness. Any thoughts guys? Possibly a bitsa Roadater with Blazer neck? I can't see it myself everything is original and sits well.
