I still think the best fix is to prop the speaker up on a couple of pieces of wood lifting it a few mm.
3. Back for sale - £250
4. I saw them . . Didn't take my fancy! Bass sounded great tonight, defo a better sound then the previous SUB models I have owned . . Don't know if the preamp etc had changed? The low B sounds great, think this one is a keeper.
5. Postman arrived with this bad boy today! Changed the strings straight over to a set of Thunderguts . . Taking to my band practice this evening to start the string break in period! Lovely looking wee thing . . The wider neck feels a lot better the Kala basses I have owned! I will report back how I got on with it! 9. Hey guys, Bought this as a stop gap for a couple of gigs before I recieved my Kala 5 string SUB ukulele. This wee thing is amazing . . I gigged it twice and it performed great. I put it through a Dave Hall preamp + tuner . . Performed just as well as any Kala Uku I have owned previous. The lefty woodie Guthrie lettering is vinyl lettering which peel off no worries. I also removed the HB decal from the headstock because I didn't like it, it was silver and didn't suit the bass. I will include a Warwick Rock Classical guitar size gig bag which I used to transport it about. Great wee bag with plenty of pockets for leads etc. Looking for £60 + postage. Collection from Glasgow also an option. 12. Clear out continues! Bought this from year a while back. Flea bass project I haven't got round to finishing. Standard flea bass that has had the pickup cavity routed out to fit a full size Stingray pup + side Jack hole drilled. Paint work nearly all stripped ready for primer and paint colour of your choice. Tuners upgraded to a goth style, much better than the original ones (which are Included) + some headstock reshaping to look more Modulus like. Brand new stinger active preamp (£55) + MM stingray style pup. This will be a monster sounding bass when completed. £70 in Glasgow please. Can post in the UK for £10. Cheers!
13. Brand new BSS DI, I have never used it live. Looking for £50 posted in the UK. Bank transfer or cash on collection in Glasgow. All the details here - http://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/BSS-AR-133-Active-DI-Box/UZ0?origin=product-ads&utm_campaign=*PLA+Shop+-+All+Products&utm_medium=vertical_search&network=google&adgroup=**All+Products&merchant_id=1279443&product_id=40140d1&product_country=GB&product_partition_id=56667042280&gclid=Cj0KEQjw4fCqBRDM1ZKhk5jfo6IBEiQAZQ97OM0zmP1MbAF7nyfLW_0fYXgO0EoLz_cNsHZYCEV27JYaAvO78P8HAQ
14. Cracking wee guitar amp, mint Condition & Carry Bag! All the info in the blurb below . . . . . . . Another Crate first in guitar amplification. This is a 150-watt RMS stereo guitar amp in an amazingly compact package. If you have a modeling guitar preamp/processor, you can use the PowerBlock to amplify your programmed tones for a gig. The PowerBlock runs in stereo or mono, so you can use it to run to a single 8-ohm enclosure, or 2 x 4-ohm enclosures, in stereo! If you want to use your pedalboard and have a great distortable single channel amp to power it, the PowerBlock gets it done. And you can use the PowerBlock with the headphone jack for silent rehearsal. If you want to plug in a CD player or drum machine, the PowerBlock features RCA inputs on the back. The balanced line out has a level control to DI your sound to the "house" in a live situation. The single triangular blue LED indicates that the PowerBlock is on. The included padded gig bag, allows you to carry it or hang it from the shoulder strap, depending on the other gear you are taking with you. The switch-mode supply and Class D power section provides lightweight, excellent tone and great power. The anodized aluminum housing assures cooling to the unit while it is in use. Once again, Crate is bringing you a really cool new product designed by players for players. There is nothing else like the Crate PowerBlock! £70 Shipped in the UK. Bank transfer or collection in Glasgow. Cheers!
