Right stupid question, and probably something I should have figured out a while ago. Why do some active basses need two 9v batteries? I think I get it for something like a dual humbucker, but there seems to be others that have it and only single coil?

Heck I make mistakes all the time... no one ever follows the bass Maybe I need to sing too.

My pretty humble first try at a pedal board! Still have to figure out how to place my power supply nicely, align everything up nicely... and well might be getting even more pedals and do some shuffling.

Bought a pedal train and Fender bass trapper from Krispn. Sent me lots of pics, very quick turn around and came well wrapped. Pleasure dealing with and even put up with me waiting by the window impatiently for it all to arrive. Thanks!

I'm Steve. Loving reading through the forums. Been playing instruments for a good while, mainly the guitar but changed over to bass to mix things up. Wish I had done it sooner, learning new things, hearing new things and building up my bass collection. Got myself an Ibanez SR600e and really love playing it and how it sounds. Kinda want a 5 string now too.... want it all... mid life crisis and all that. Could be worse I suppose!
