feedback for Deedee

Dan called over today and picked the TecAmp cabs he bought, easy peasy deal start to finish. Good comms, nice fella to deal with. Thanks Dan
3. Sold to a person who appreciates good kit 🤓
4. Since joining Basschat I’ve had the pleasure, in most cases, of buying and selling a few Basses. The biggest let down for me was buying a limited edition Jack Bruce Cream Revival Fretless. Heavy, cumbersome, chrome finish looked tacky close up ( snaps looked good), a really sharp edge on the board next to the G String, sound wasn’t good either. To top it all when I passed it to ‘my’ Luthier for a set up he informed me that the joining of the wings to the neck was coming apart on the rear of the bass. Shock horror, serious glue job and a week in G Clamps sorted that together with a quick spit and polish. Moved it very quickly after that. Disappointed but I’m glad I tried it..
5. Ah, yes, thank you. Anyway I seem to remember a charity somewhere takes them in, I’ll look at that.
6. 🤔 well whatever the postage is....
7. Feckity feck feck, can’t give em away.
8. Bump, either cab is a single box solution, together they superb. Trades anyone?
9. Traded my ENGL with Mathew took in a BH800 immaculate new even. Usual shady meet in Starbucks car park, deal done pleasure to do business with Mathew.
10. Just to remove dubiety. These strings will fit a 5 String Warwick type headstock, 3 on top 2 on lower. They have come of 35” scale Basses they will trim to 34”. The DR’s came of my Overwater Jazz 35” scale 4 on top 1 below (g). The DR G won’t stretch to a standard P G. Thanks Oh. Not faffing about with a split.
11. Roundwound not sure of the number..
12. WTF am I thinking... F.O.C both sets for nowt, nothing, no money, Zero lucre... Yes just pay the postage about a 5iver Thanks
13. Having used one of these Subs with an AMP One for many years I can guarantee it will flap your trousers regardless of what you play through. GLWTS
14. I have just restrung two basses, both the sets have been on the basses for 2 years and subjected to rehearsals and the odd gig. The Black Beauties have fret marks on them and are cut for a 4 + 1 (Overwater Jazz) but are still bright, the LaBella are still bright. and cut for a 3 plus 2 Nothing for the two sets just pay the postage,,, Thanks for looking
15. Trades accepted...

18. As the intro says, this is a feeler for my lightweight NEO Blackface Tecamp cabs. In as new condition, hardly any gig use since new, I am the only owner. TecAmp cover for the XS115 (300 Watts) Roqsolid for the S115 (400 Watts) both 8 Ohms. Take the both and I'll throw in a Gramma Pad. XS115 £385.00 S115 £465.00 If you know TecAmp kit you'll know it's bombproof, reason for sale, downsizing to PJB C4's. Only trade would be a PJB C4 ( not Lite ) Delivery UK Mainland F.O.C further afield at cost. Based Leicester Thanks for looking
19. Here's the problem though... we have a female singer, she always wears heels. Her heels trash our cables from board to amp. Anyone else have this problem? Easy peasy, blow the Chick out...
20. Deal pending......
21.
I'd be curious to try it... never knew Engl made bass amps. could be a good replacement/spare for the Orange Terror bass I use often..
I would say replacement If your passing .... your welcome to have a try
22. It is ‘Utilitarian’, but extremely functional. Only reason for the feeler is as stated, 3/4 cab setup. To avoid dubiety the preferred part chop is 1 or 2 PJB C4 Cabs or a head that will do 2/2.7 Ohms, prefareably a Class D Head. Phew Thanks for looking folks
23. This kit is amazing, I’ve owned a Similar Rig, black face Neo the way to go. GLWTS
24. There is a massive heat sink, runs quiet, so no f.....g fan. Solid engineering outer case is heavy gauge steel.
25. I am putting out a feeler for my ENGL Ironbass Head. Barely 5 Months old never gigged, rehearsed 6/7 times, looks like this: http://www.englamps....ironbass-e1055/ FRONT BACK SIDE Having Owned a Demeter Minnie and moved it on, the EQ was far too subtle for me with very little tone correction/addition/subtraction for my ears. I liked the idea of a full on Class A front end with more tone options, ( I have owned and moved on a 4:88, CTM 30 and PF-50T) this does it. 800 Watts into 4 Ohms ( I use 2 x Tecamp 8 Ohm 15's) it is sublime. In rehearsal with one cab, I tend to use the Bass at 3 of the clock no boost, Low mid at 12 noon (zero) hi mid at 3 again, treble at 1 o clock and presence at 9. If I need more bass I can pop the bass boost button. Drive is a usefull addition, old school smooth to a nasty blat! Why me move it on? well I want to go 3 cabs and this does not do 2.7 or 2 Ohms, simples Thanks for looking Still have the box so UK mainland delivery free.
