5.
spooky!!!!
6. [s]Selling this now that I have my Shuker P Only a month old, excellent condition with no dings or scratches These are great basses on a par with some US Fenders I have played This is in the more desirable Vintage White which normally retails about £379 I will include a Gator hard case in the sale (worth £60) £300 including UK shipping[/s]
 7.
I heard a little rumour that one may have to wait, ah... quite some time between order and receipt... is this true?
To be honest it depends on the complexity of the build I think (and how busy he is), normal P bass about 5 months, but they are definitely worth the wait!
 8.
It's certainly a great-looking bass... just had a look at the Shuker site, and they're not as wildly expensive as you'd think. Mind you, that depends what you're thinking, of course.
Yep definitely not as much as you would think Cheaper than a Fender American Vintage
 9.
Stunning. Jealous. Plot hatching. Where do you stay? Evil intent!
10. Sorry about the quality, not very good lighting in the room!
 11.
How does the satin finish feel? May be getting a new neck for my sterling from Shuker.
I love the feel of it, no "stickiness" that you normally get with gloss necks
 12. Followed on from this thread http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 So it arrived today just in time for my birthday tomorrow! The specs are based on the JJ Burnel Signature P Bass but just a different colour body and pickguard 3 Piece Ash Body (Dense Ash in the middle with Lighter Swamp Ash wings) Wide but flat 60s style Precision Neck (exactly like my old Fender Pino Custom Shop) with Satin finish Kent Armstrong Pickups (Slightly Overwound) Jumbo fretwire Two way adjustable truss rod, neck heel end adjustable Dual carbon fibre neck reinforcement Gotoh Tuners + Bridge Neat little truss rod cover
 13. I bought a Lakland Darryl Jones from this guy a couple of years ago, he lives just down the road from me! Good honest seller
 14.
Here's my 'on its side pic' as promised...
I like the look of that flightcase! Where did you get that from if you don't mind me asking?

 16. This no good for you? http://basschat.co.uk/topic/166676-for-sale-thomann-22-solid-top-double-bass-case-stand/
 17.
Personally I prefer the Orange aswell like MM20. Mainly for it's simplicity, very plug and go and it breaks up the way I like. Unfortunatly it lacks the power unless you are running a few speakers.
This is what I was worried about, I don't want to get anymore speakers really
 18. Would the GT200 not have rubber feet? Can't see the difference in having it on top of the compact normally or with the compact on it's side as it will still in contact with wood either way?
 19.
I've used a compact with a GT200 and it sounds fine, will likely be loud enough to play with a band (depends on how loud your band is) Only issue is the compact will vibrate a GT200 considerably when on top, to the point where is could fall off (size of compact stood upright won't sit a GT200 properly so it's wood on wood and the vibrations transfer more easily)
Hmmm yeah I noticed the GT200 width was a bit wider than the top of the compact! Could be a problem! Mind you the Orange is similar width is it not?
