As an advert I think it's pretty much perfect, sadly the knobs who fail on the criteria may still apply but they can't really do any more with the advert.

It's not like it was a festival where every act is a knockout, the support would have been some never-will-be act or x factor rejects I bet.

Carried this broken footed freeloading shirker for 6 weeks.
He never missed a gig, bless him. But we banned him from sparring again at his kick boxing /kung foo / ninja turtle / far too old for this sh*t gym.

It's a team. If someone is injured or suffering from an illness then they get helped as far as I'm concerned.

Personally I'd do whatever I needed to to keep some sort of harmony with my neighbor, as frustrating as the situation may be you can't buy them.

Age 54 £250-300 plus the odd good payer. 4 Piece, 3 blokes and a girl. 59 Gigs this year.

To be honest money, as long as it's not taking the mick, isn't the main concern.
I think it's a naff night full stop so I'd sooner earn some money on a naff night.

One that's available and doesn't cross loads of dates off.
We've never had a crap drummer (wouldn't last to be honest) but we've killed a few
off with the demands on time we make.

Spookily just this morning I knocked a grand back off our agent cos' the gaff was upstairs.
Fee was fine but we're not really bothered about working NYE anyway and we certainly won't carry gear
upstairs for any gig.

I can't see anything saying they want to rehearse every week. I too think rehearsals are just one of those things, not something I'd do if I didn't need to but I'll do them cheerfully when necessary.
The caveats are far from unreasonable, I read it as multiple bands are ok just make sure you've got some time for this and you wouldn't be taking on too much if you joined this band as well.
The communication thing is reasonable too. If it takes you 3 days to respond then your pretty much out of the question for any team activity to be honest.
The last one is applicable to any band.
