1. Can you perhaps tell me what the shipping costs to Belgium might be?
2. I'm thinking about purchasing some orange cabs too. I'm currently running an ampeg SVT trough a Ashdown Mag. The only point of doubt I have at the moment is concering what cabs I should choose. There are two combinations possible. First of all 2 4 x 10 cabinets, and the second possibility is a 4x10 combined with a 1x15. I've tried both setups, but am stuck when it comes to choosing. Any pro's and cons to both combinations are more than welcome! P.S: That is one insane setup you've got there!
3. Would you be willing to send this to Belgium? edit: maybe we can continue the rest via PM?
4. well it isn't half as impressive as some of your rigs, but i'm quite happy with it first of all, my epi thunderbird, and my first bass, a stagg precision copy (it's equipped with seymour duncan quarter pounders) I've also got an LTD B-155 and an Epiphone EB-3 and last but not least my Fender Precision (also equipped with seymour duncan quarter pounders) and these go through an Ashdown Mag 300, Ashdown Mag Cabinet and London City Cabinet (the London City head gave up on life, was my first amp)
5. If it's anywhere near the "quality" of the ashdown bass chorus I advice you to let it be.
6.
Welcome...nice to see there are other people from Belgium. I'm from Vilvoorde which is Vlaams Brabant also..Het is een kleine wereld.
it is, jij zit ook op basgitaarforum.nl als ik me niet vergis?
7. whatever you do, don't buy an Ashdown Chorus, it sounds like a tidal wave is gonna come out of your cabinet
8.
Hi Tim, what part of Belgium are you from? (ok , I've seen your myspace, Brabant.) I see that you have some serious basses, nice to see that you list the Epiphone first! I've also got an Epiphone Thunderbird, once I'd set it up properly it's got the nicest neck I've ever played on. Dom.
I'm from (and this sounds really stupid) Flemish-Brabant. The Epiphones go first, cause they are my main basses, some may say epiphone is a brand for the starter bassplayer, but I still like them a lot (not that I consider myself to be a good bassplayer).
9. So my uncle recently gave me an Alesis Midiverb III multi fx from the early nineties. But since I'm fairly new to the rack type multi fx stuff I thought I might ask you guys for some help. I'm looking for a midi pedal, in order to switch banks from my pedal board (since I also sing in my band, I can't really go running to my amp changing things). So in (short) quest for a midi pedal I stumbeled upon the Rocktron Midi XChange Does any of you have some sort of experience with this particular pedal, or could you recommend me something different. Thanks in advance!
