2. For sale is my Audio Technica ATW3110a 3000 Body Pack Wireless System. This has been used live 4 times and for the past year has sat at home in its box due to the change in my live set-up. It has one of the clearest sounds I have heard for a wireless system. Very clean and true and has a great range plus the ease of use and availability to change frequencies speaks for itself. I paid £450.00 for this. It comes with all the manuals, power supplies and in mint condition box. I am prepared to send via secure courier but if the buyer wishes to pick up then that is not a problem. I am looking for £160.00 inc P&P, so make me an offer :)

Here are the tech specs -

For the wireless user ready to step up to an advanced UHF system, the 3000A Series is the solution. Offered in two UHF frequency bands, the 3000A Series features Audio-Technica's Digital Tone Lock Squelch plus an easy-to-read LCD information display in each unit which provides convenient visual indications of settings and operation status. The new frequency-scan function enables automatic assignment of clear open channels. The new ATW-R3100 receiver benefits from a newly designed high-specification front-end filtering system along with the latest Audio-Technica 1/2-wave antenna technology to maximise both simultaneous frequency use and range. Other features include 200-channel UHF True Diversity frequency-agile operation, soft-touch controls on all components, and step-through menus for setting preferences.

* Automatic frequency scanning for easy set-up
* 200 PLL-synthesized channels per band selectable via soft-touch controls on receiver and transmitter
* Available in two frequency bands:
840.125 - 864.875 MHz (F Band).
795.500 - 820.000 MHz (E Band)
* True Diversity operation selects the better signal from two independent receiver sections, reducing dropouts
* Interference-resistant UHF band operation
* Advanced digital ToneLock™ squelch
* Red alert light that warns of low battery power, signal loss and input overload
* Transmitter battery-life fuel gauge on the receiver
* Ground-lift switch
* Balanced and unbalanced audio output jacks
* Two receivers can be mounted side-by-side in a single 19" rack space
* ATW-T310 UniPak® transmitter includes Super Hi-Z input that provides optimum load for guitar pickups
* ATW-T341 handheld microphone/transmitter features the Artist Elite® AE4100 cardioid dynamic element
* ATW-T371 handheld microphone/transmitter features the Artist Series ATM710 cardioid condenser element

3. Hi everyone, I have 4 sets of 6 string bass strings for sale. 3 sets of Ernie Ball Slinky 2838 (32-130) and 1 set of Rotosound RS666LD (35-130). They were bought because I was to explore different manufacturers as I couldn't get a steady supply of my main LaBella strings, but that has now been rectified so these are surplus to requirements. I am looking for £15.00 per set which I think is a great price for these and I'll post for free too :) They are completely new and are just sitting here, so get in touch and I'll get them to whoever wants them ASAP. Thanks for reading and take care.

Cheers,

Matt

4. Hi BC chatters, just to let you know I have an MXR M-80 D.I.+ pedal up for sale. It is fully boxed and has been used live and in my studio but is in mint condition. I have decided to change my live rig around and employ some different pedals, so this is now, unfortunately, surplus to requirements. I paid £120.00 for it new and am only looking for £60 plus P&P (around £5.00). This really is an awesome all round pedal. If I wasn't looking at new FX etc, I would definitely have kept it. Here is what MXR say about it -

"Finally, all the essentials in one tough little box, You need a serious D.I. for playing live and laying down killer tracks. You've got to have a preamp and finely tuned EQ to add punch to your tones. And you definitely can't do without some rich, custom distortion. This one-of-a-kind pedal gives you the whole deal in a bomb-proof enclosure that will survive even the most out of control gigs-and players. Built with the highest quality components, the M-80 can give you eve everything from warmth and transparency to a volcanic roar, without making you scroll through menu screens or an indecipherable manual. Engage the color switch for some sweet preset EQ, then tweak your tone with three band control. Dial in your ideal distortion with the gain knob and blend just the right amount into your clean signal, then kick it on and off at will. The adjustable noise gate pours on the sustain and cuts out hum and hiss. With XLR and parallel 1/4" outputs and a phantom power switch, you'll never have a problem delivering your choice new tones. Power: Single 9-volt battery or Dunlop ECB-003 AC Adapter - Controls: Effect Footswitch toggles Effects on/Bypass (red LED Indicates on) Distortion Footswitch toggles Distortion channel in/out (Distortion LED indicates Distortion level active) Bass/Mid/Treb EQ knobs allow Clean and Distortion tone fine-tuning Color switch activates a pre-set EQ optimized for bass Clean Volume knob adjusts output level of Clean channel (Effect footswitch on and Distortion footswitch off) - The following knobs are only active when Distortion channel is selected: Distortion Volume knob adjusts overall output level Blend knob controls the mix between distorted/clean signal Gate Trigger knob sets the noise floor threshold, or sensitivity, of the Noise Gate Gate switch selects Noise Gate In/Out Gain knob sets distortion level Phantom/Ground switch selects between Direct Output Ground Lift (switch up) and Phantom Power (switch depressed)"

Thanks for reading and take care. Any questions, just get in touch :)

5. What an incredible bass. I have been so interested in these basses since they first came on the market but have never found one to try. I am a 6 stringer and have settled on my beloved Yamaha TRB basses but a few months ago, I thought I would try something different and bought a Bongo 6 which played beautifully but didn't have the modern sound that my Yamaha's have, which I totally get. Anyway, it had to go so I wonder if the Fender might have the same issues with regards the pre-amp sound. Also, is the board radius flat or curved like the Precision and Jazz basses. What is the string spacing too? Sorry for all the questions but I am so intrigued by this bass. Good luck with the sale and if I had the money I would give this a go for sure. I watch with interest :)

6.
Yeah... some one really needs to buy this before I shoot myself

... is there any one that you want taken care of for a certain shiny 6 string fee?
Lol :) Let's chat..... Thank you and why not buy it yourself? :rolleyes:

7. OK, I'm going to go a bit bonkers here, but does anyone fancy this for a silly price? £1300? Seriously, never been gigged, never been out of the house and still has the bar code sticker on the back. That has to be a good deal, surely? Let me know, it's here waiting for the right home....... :)

8.
would you consider a trade for a sexy 5string, or are your a 6er-only type of guy?
Hi Phil,

Thanks for the offer but I am 6 string guy. I really need a back up to my main Yamaha as we have a lot of touring coming up - just got back from the first leg of this tour today. I desperately want another TRB, so thanks again for the offer. Take care.

Cheers,

Matt
