Took this in a recent trade but need to move it on or trade for a 4 string. Will consider anything up or down with cash either way if necessary. This is a lovely rare 96 Corvette Proline that has a flamed maple top with burgundy oil finish. It also has a three piece maple neck whick predates the ovangkol. The prolines are lighter than the standards with better quality hardware and woods, They also retailed at a much higher price than the standards when they were originally available. Originally posted for £650, but I'm prepared to go down to £500 to move it on quickly. This really is a lovely bass.
Just to give you some idea of the differances between the prolines and the standards It has a flamed maple top with burgundy oil finish. It also has a three piece maple neck which predates the ovangkol. The prolines are lighter than the standards with better quality hardware and woods. They also retailed at a much higher price than the standards when they were originally available. You can now only get them used or direct from the Warwick custom shop. Active EQ 2 band which is switchable to passive. Brass Adjustable nut - in my opinion far superior to the modern plasticy adjust- a- nut. Gold hardware. Bargain at £500 posted with hard case and of course includes the Warwick starp locks that lock inside the horn and the body.
Many thanks

Im looking to sell or trade this beauty as its just not getting the use it deserves. For a sale I'd be looking for £1000 but would also consider a trade for anything interesting preferably a 4 string, with possible cash adjustment either way. In lovely condition apart from 1 ding on the top of the body that I had proffessionally repaired & doesn't really notice. Comes with a Fender special edition hard case with orange lining. Also the chrome covers that come loose with this model as an optional fit. More info: http://www.dv247.com/guitars/fender-americ...al-maple--41165 I'll get some shots up soon !! Can be viewed in Cardiff
