1.
Hi, Would you send it to Spain? Thanks
Sure - why not ?. I just looked at Interparcel and it would be £36.00I'm going away for 2 weeks from this friday so it would need sorting before I go or after 6 September
2. Still available but please note i'm away for 2 weeks from this coming friday
3. I think it's been a bit of a vicious circle here on BC resulting in many fewer sales A few years back, you could take a punt on a bass knowing that if you didn't get on with it, you could readvertise it and in most cases get your money back. There's so little money about now that even those able to buy aren't prepared to take a risk buying something they may not be able to resell easily. And of course all this leads to less basses being advertised. Trouble with buying/re-selling on ebay is that you have to hike up 15% or so to cover fees otherwise you're out of pocket.
4.
Cheers Mike. Have you modded it in any way, eg changed strings?
Nope - it's as it was. Untinkered with :-)
5.
Still for sale?
Yep, it is
6. This was an early model with the solder terminals but I sent it to John East a few months back to have it upgraded to the screw terminal block. John also gave it a once over and it's also had the copper springs fitted between the split knobs to help eliminate interference. I have both a Jazz control plate or a Lakland DJ plate. The choice is the buyers and I'll sell the remaining control plate for a tenner I had it on my MIM Jazz before switching it to a Lakland DJ. Both basses are now with someone else so it's surplus to requirements. As i'm in the process of building a 62 type P bass I'll consider trades for a nice precision pickup and/or a tort pickguard with cash adjustment. £100 includes uk postage
7. Nice set of Hipshot tuners from Jim. All very straight forward and a great price
8. blimey - this date has come u pquick on the blind side. A slightly sick guitarist but it's game on tonight
9. I'm in Wakefield Andy - only an hour or so from Nottingham

11.
Does the compact have 2 I/O in the back?
It's asking are there 2 speakon sockets on the back or just 1 ?
12. Still available - might trade for a nice Jazz especially a Miller or a Geddy
13. Brand new, unopened roundwounds 40,60,80,100 set £12.95 includes UK postage
14. Mart bought my BF Midget. nice straightforward deal and a nice guy to deal with Cheers Mart
15. Sorry - now sold
16.
Mike would you be willing do any trades or just looking for cash?
I'm really looking for a straight sale James. If Barefaced gear can't generate a sale, we may as well all go home
17. Steve is looking at my DJ4 Which i'm selling cos I want an ACG Recurve on here So if anyone has one of those to trade with Steve, that might work nicely
18. And whilst we're at it, if anyone is mulling this over, - some serious GAS (for a bass on here) means I will take a lower offer on this.
19.
That's good news at least I think they're questioning whether the holes still line up for the string through?
Yep - the string holes line up fine. I've been experimenting with through body and through bridge. I've also found I've had to move some strings over a saddle slot to get them lined up with the rear pickup pole pieces. Can't help thinking a single P pickup is a lot simpler
20. Ones persons better isn't always anothers James. But for me, markbass was a little warmer in terms of my sound and set up. The midget has more clarity though, depends what you're after. But in terms of small, light and loud, the midget is right up there. I mainly just use my 121 combo so a little extra weight in the extension cab when I need it isn't a biggie
21. IIRC the original bridge was a 3 hole as well so it required no additional drilling
