Just gor my hands on an epiphone thunderbird and am going to do the normal strap button position modification. Any ideas what would be a good material for filling and finsishing off the hole from the original strap button screw. Just want something that will be permanent and easy to get hold of.

Just a word of warning... Bought a replacemnt thomann own brand scrathplate to fit to my fender. It didn't fit. It was close but needed a fair bit of cutting to get over the PUPs. Just a word of warning.

Looking at getting one of these (THOMANN BASS KOFFER TWEED) for my MIM Fender P. Does anyone know if it will fit and secondly are they any good.

Hi guys... Looking for some advice. I am starting to get a pedalboard togther. The board itself is a Boss BCB-60 and so far the pedals I have are; Digitech XBS Bass Squeeze Boss ODB-3 Bass OverDrive Boss DD-3 Digital Delay Have room for four more pedals. I know nothing about flangers or chorus pedals etc. I mainly play indie and heavy rock so love a heavy bass sound. Any suggestions for pedals that might round out a versatile board.

Thanks for the feedback but it isnt nails as i bit my nails and have none. Its only on the open e it happens and only with m new amp. Do have some of the EQ settings up to high or what.

Hi All, Just took up bass two months ago. Starting with an encore bass. Bought a Fender Rumble 100. I need to know what should the gain and volume be set at on the bass and what is the best neutral setting for the amp. Compressor or not? general EQ settings etc. At present the E String has a habit of clicking when played open. Didn't get that with the 10 watt practise amp? Any ideas ?
