Wonder who picked up that very tasty BB 604 NE1 that sold within 5 hours?!
I was seriously tempted but that would just be greedy. I love my 605 and 604 the build quality, playability and sound are top quality.

Why am I so tempted by this... I already have a 605 in this colour and a 604 in wine red. I must resist. Looks lovely and great price GLWTS!

I did the superglue trick last week and it worked a treat!
yes use the high viscosity stuff and it only takes a couple of drops.

Great instruments. Love this colour. I have the B435 in teal and the neck profile on these basses is superb. GLWTS

They are both really great looking instruments and both finishes are very tasteful. I am really enjoying the way they play, they are light but sturdy and the range of sounds that they can make is so good. I am amazed by the quality of yamaha instruments, even their budget options.

Well, it's finally here! My BB605 arrived today. I've been playing with it for 1 hour and this are my impressions:
-I like the neck. It's really comfortable. I have to adjust it, but so far, it's really good.
-The preamp is garbage. I hate it. I can see people liking it, but I'm not one of them. The knobs are ok I guess.
-The overall sound: meh. I don't hate the pickups, but I don't love them either.
I don't mind since I was already thinking about changing the preamp and the pickups. I like how it feels and plays. I can change the rest.
Thinking about Glockenlang or Delano preamp. Or Aguilar. And Delano pickups.
Looks awesome. I love the way my BB605 plays so much that I have just ordered to BB604 to go with it.
Keep us posted on how the modifications go.

Thank you for the feedback. This has to be worth a try before replacing them. 👍👍

Hi All,
I have a Yamaha BB435 and two of the tuning pegs are making a horrible rattling noise at certain frequencies. I have done some searches and it looks like it is a common fault with these lightweight tuners.
I have been looking at what I could use to replace them and have seen that people have used the Schaller BML machine heads (they look the same dimensions except the length of the peg is shorter).
I was wondering if anyone had used these tuners on any of the new BB series basses and even better if anyone had any photos to share.
Thanks! 😊

Does anyone have the cd for this? Got a copy today and it has no cd. It would make it much easier if I had a copy or rip of the cd.
fingers crossed 🧐
Managed to get the audio files from Hal Leonard. The customer service was fantastic!

Fantastic pedal and great price 👍.
I would buy if I didn’t already have one 🤣

How did it turnout? I have a 435 and would like to upgrade the bridge to the 735 bridge. How much work was involved?

Thanks for the great feedback Iain!

Just got a Fender Rumble 40 from Iain.
Fantastic transaction. He packaged securely and sent very quickly and even included an extra goodie 👌!
Couldn't rate this seller any higher.
Fantastic!!!!
Thanks.

Lovely amp.
I would be very interested but can't get down to Kent I am afraid.
I am based in Warwickshire. I currently have the rumble 25 which I love but would like a bit more range.
Let me know if you do consider postage in the future.
