  1. For Sale is my lovely Squier Mike Dirnt Precision Bass with Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder pick ups. Lovely player and great sounding bass. I know I'll regret it, but needs must. It's in good condition, not showroom condition but very light.
It doesn't come with strap or case. Collection from Kettering, Northants or can post at cost.
    Now Sold on Ebay

Nice one. We`ve managed to get Rebellion this year and we`re really chuffed with that, but Download taking it way further.

Lozz,, have played rebellion couple of times, great time, great atmosphere and crowd. Enjoy :-)

  4. Have just checked electrics and all ok, some popping on eq switch but that's it, so hopefully some contact cleaner should sort that. Plugged my bass in and the tone is lovely, nice combo, great depth and tonal/eq variation. Volume is good for a vintage 100 watts. Overall a really nice combo.

  5. Having received the combo in the recycling section from Steve, I am really curious about the combo. There is very little on the internet about them other than they were made in japan for Pearl in or around late 70's/ early 80's and are very good copies of Fender amps and combos. I have so far cleaned the cabinet, taken out the speaker which is 15" and in good condition. Tomorrow I will take amp out and give a clean and service if necessary, cabinet is drying out nicely, as it had been in storage for a long while. Will keep you all posted on progress. Here are some initial before and after cleaning photos :-)

  6. Was going through back catalogue of music and re listened to Songs from the Big Chair and have to admit I love Curt Smith's Bass Playing on Head over Heals. Never really gave it much thought before, but I really rate him. What do you guys think?
