It's only a deal if it something you were going to buy anyway, otherwise you have just spent money you had no intention of spending.

For those who don't know the story behind the video, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs were due to go on tor the following day. Karen O's boyfriend at the time was supposed to come and say goodbye, but was three hours late. Karen got worked up about this, so the tears in the video are genuine emotion.

Given a choice of this and Helter Skelter… no contest!
I didn't know that WAP was a Cardi B cover of a Beatles song 😆

It'll be a U2 album
As long as it is one that wasn't released this millennium, it'll be ok.

"And the first album will be... Spiceworld by The Spice Girls" 😄

Start a band with a mate, have a temporary bassist, get told that you are taking over bass duties as the current bassist just into the same cool stuff as us. 😄

Is anyone else on the Nextdoor app? It's a bit like local Facebook groups, but for really nosy people. Most of the posts on it seem to be Does anyone know why the police helicopter is out tonight? as well as Does anyone know this guy (Ring doorbell footage attached)? He was trying my backdoor last night. or Please stop letting your dogs shite on my driveway.

Makes as much sense as Glasgow, I suppose.

buy a relic and if they ask on your return, just say "what, this old thing?"

You insist on putting pictures of yourself all over the venue?
Or they didn't approve of the drummer's light-up genitals.

PJ Harvey in Dublin a couple of weeks ago. I'm not a huge fan, but don't mind some of her stuff; she was fantastic. She played her new album at the start. I don't think I could sit and listen to it at home, but performed live it was excellent. The band were tight as.

If you were to sell it, how much would you get willing to accept?
If you were to buy it, how much would you be willing to pay?

Oh I dunno, look at the dumpster load of trash (as they say over there) that came out of the US rock scene after Grunge. Were Bush any worse than Puddle of Mudd, Creed, Staind, Hoobastink, Three Days Grace, Godsmack, Shinedown, Matchbox 20 and any other bands with 'Three' or 'Third' in their name? I'd say not although they weren't much cop that's true. Should we include Foo Fighters there as well?
I'd lump them right in there. I never really took to the Foofs, but I'm not sure I would add them to that list.

PJ Harvey in Dublin last night. I'm not a huge fan, though I do like some of her songs, but it was a fantastic performance. She started with songs from her new album. I had only heard a bit of it before the gig and think that they are the sort of songs that you need to see and hear performed live, rather than listening to a recording. The band, which included John Parish, were superb and Polly is an incredible performer. You can't take your eyes off her.

It looks like someone has taken a hammer to it. I've seen chips like that recently. I was buying a Squier tele for my daughter and was about to pay when I noticed a big chunk out of the body work. They said they would order another one. There were issues with the new one. It was damaged on arrival, so they had to send it back. As it was getting close to her birthday, I decided to take a different colour. The guy took another off the wall and I noticed a chunk out of this one too. It's kids going in to the shop on a Saturday, lifting the guitars down to try, then being careless when they hang them up again.
