Selling this lovely bass amp as i have been of the IEM fraternity for 5 years now and this is just going to waste. The original TTE 500 with the class A/B output as opposed to the class D of the TTE 501. Can go from from squeaky clean to old school valve amp warmth. Built in compressor that's surprisingly musical...pretty sure there's a valve dedicated purely to the compressor. Best to check the facts and figures from Markbass Used this with a couple of different cabs and I found heft of the sound and the sheer volume of this thing to be completely at odds with the 6kg weight. Naturally this was especially loud when paired with the Barefaced cab that I also have for sale. The picture of the two together is to show how well they fit should anyone be interested in both...the cab is not part of this sale The top is an open grille and your beer will spill in there if you place it on there, so please don't place it on there...after all, the drummer doesn't keep a pint on the floor tom. When I bought this used circa 2018 the two little bars on the front seemed to be on a wonk and haven't moved a bit since then. It seems to be a recurring theme for these amps but it never bothered me as it's only really noticeable if you inspect closely. As with the Barefaced cab, After 2021 this has had minimal use and has largely been powered up once a year to check all is still good. This was played through and turned up last night and all is still sounding fab. Comes with original carry bag, kettle lead and a couple of speakon cables. Collection with a cup of tea preferred from Warboys, Cambs PE28 but can post for £14 or possibly meet

After putting this off time and time again I'm now selling the best speaker I will ever own. I went the option for the speaker pole mount fitted on this just in case i ever want this directed right into my face. 5 years of IEM gigs has brought this decision about. Bought new from Barefaced late 2019, Used for a handful of gigs with Bootleg Boss and then light home use in 2020 (sic) A few more gigs with Bootleg Boss in 2021 before defecting to a band with IEMs. Since then this has been used at home appx once a year just to check it's all good. Very well looked after and in near mint condition. Checked over last night and sounding perfect. I used this exclusively with a Markbass TTE 500 amp which is also up for sale. The piccie with Markbass in is purely to show what a cute couple they are and is not included in the sale. Oops, I have just realised that I didn't take a picture of the cover...I'll get that sorted soonly Collection and a cuppa preferred from Warboys, Cambs PE28 or can post Parcelforce 48 for £18 or possibly meet

It's tough out there... Like myself I should imagine most people are queuing up for this so that we can play that Whitney song half convincingly 😅

Thank you for posting this. Been scouring BC for gigging testimonials for this pedal. I'm in a situation where the guitarist and myself need to flesh things out more than we do already or we consider using backing tracks for some tunes. Not a route I fancy going down at all after having done a solid year of playing to track a very long time ago. Have you had to change any picking technique or roll off any highs to accommodate the pedal so it doesn't glitch out? Cheers, C

Recently bought a used SB-2 as a backup in the event of anything ever happening to my ol' faithful and was blessed with this gorgeous specimen. I have one universal hard case that covers everything so alas this is surplus to requirements. As you can see from the piccies, very light use and everything works as it should. Please note that to the best of my knowledge this will only fit an SB-2 and no other P or J. I tried to squeeze in a Sandberg TT to no avail Can post to mainland UK for an extra £7.00 or collection and a cuppa from Warboys, Cambridgeshire PE28 Cheers, C

I second the Elites DBE strings. Got them on a Jack bass which is my back up at gigs. Sound perfectly fine to me.

Been using the VTDI for 5+ years, tried a couple of alternatives and still see no reason to change it. It sounds great, it's tiny and runs off standard 9v PSU or battery if you're travelling super light. You can also turn the speaker sim off if you like.

Still for sale and currently seeking a suitable hard case...The Schecter original case comes in at £299 and the Gator T Bird case seems a bit of a risk for fitting and quality so I'll be giving those a miss. If anyone has owt that might fit the bill then give us a yell. Internals need to be 121cm x 35 cm -

The last of my partner's basses to be listed. She can no longer play due to the onset of arthritis. 1999 American Standard P Bass in a stunning purple. My phone has not done the colour any justice at all. The serial number N8365118 makes this a model 0192202793 All fully functional and roughly set to Fender's setup specs....30mm relief at the 8th fret and 5/64ths string clearance at the 17th fret. All round great condition for a 25 year old instrument. There is a small amount of discoloration to the fretboard where the previous owner, my partner's stepdad had placed fretboard note stickers on. Only really noticeable under close inspection and has not damaged the the fretboard finish in any way. Can post to mainland UK for £25 but would my prefer collection in person or meet within reason Any questions fire away

This is another of my partner's basses up for sale who cannot play anymore due to the progression of arthritis 2002 American Jazz Bass in Chrome Red This was gifted to my partner from her stepdad a few years ago. I believe her to be the third owner. Serial Number Z1049174 makes this a #0193400725 model. All working perfectly and setup roughly to Fender's specs .30mm relief at the 8th fret and 5/64ths string clearance at the 17th fret. More than 20 years old so some signs of use but all round great condition. At some point an a Fender ashtray bridge cover was fitted to the bass which means there are two holes drilled into the body. I have also tried to capture where the cover has sat on the body the best I can. This came with the bass but was never used. It's placed in position in one of the pictures however there are no screws for it. Can post to mainland UK for £25 but would much prefer collection in person or meet in within a negotiable distance. Comes with fitted Fender case.... Hercules stand alas is not included Any questions fire away

A barely used example of a very nice bass the was bought for my partner two years ago. Unfortunately real day to day life and the progression of arthritis has scuppered her plans for playing bass in any serious fashion. As much as I would like to adopt this bass myself it's really not my style or colour....I'm Mr. Boring Fender-esque in any colour you like as long as Henry Ford painted it. Apart from a slight adjustment of the truss rod and tune-o-wotsit bridge to get it playing a little more slinky there's been zero change to the bass since it came out of the box...still has zingy factory strings on it as it's had just a few hours of play time. Big T-Bird tones in a package that has zero neck dive, actual perceptible ergonomics and a practical bridge system....ooh and a fab slim neck too These currently go for around the £1400 mark...and that's with the newer less detailed graphic. The previous run that this comes from must have been the last that Schecter saw fit to go all out on the bling. Can post to mainland UK for £25 but would much prefer collection in person or meet within reason. Any questions fire away

...combine it with the same amp that Jason Newsted used on "And justice for all" and you're set for stadium rock heaven : )
