1. Here's some pics. Sorry it could do with a quick hoover! I took it in to one of the studios at work today and hooked it up to a BIG poweramp and a cheap mixer and spent a hour hacking the whole building off with a greatest hits of RATM with my Spector NS4.

I only notice when I moved it that one of the corner protectors (on the top rear) is missing. This happened when I moved house and left the cab in storage for a few weeks at a local studio. Shouldnt be hard to replace as just goes on with two screws and does not effect the cab You can still stack another swr cab on top no worries).

  2. Hi guy's, trying to make some space at home, so a few of my unused bits are for sale.

I have an SWR Triad with a chrome grill taking up too much room. It's been gigged, but is in good condition.

    Here's some info:

    and some reviews:

    I'm after £175 for a quick sale .

Would be willing to trade for an Ashdown Superfly or SWR head.

  3. Hi Guy's, due to a slight change around at home I've ended up with one too many CD players and no where to keep it.

I can get some pics up later for those whoe are interested, but it is in very good condition and sounds really nice.

Not too sure on price, new they are £100 at the moment so how about £45?

As for trades, I could do with another Hi-Fi amp or try me with owt else you have.

    Cheers

  4.
Just wanted to say thanks, this thing's really nice, and amazing condition for its age. Sorry I couldn't stay for tea & biscuits.

Sounds like something's not earthed BTW - bit of a buzz going on - I don't suppose you know what/where? I don't mind sorting it out, just wondered if you were aware of it and could point me in the right direction.
Sorry mate, not noticed before, but like I was saying I've not used it for along time. I expect it should be quite simple tho.

  5. Hello mate, thought you might be interested in music tech's special this month http://www.musictechmag.co.uk/mtm/focus
Ableton is great, much quicker/more artistic friendly than cubase. Really nice way to work in my opinion.

  6. People of the low end, to fund my dirty GAS habbit I am selling my Bass Trainer. It's been my main practice set up for a couple of years, really great for transcribing.

It's in good condition and comes with the proper tascam mains adaptor.

    How does £45 sound?

  7. Got one of these going spare:

    http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/dec99/articles/digi001.htm

Yes a Digi 003r is better, but I only want £65 for this (digi 003r is currently £800, my mate paid £700 for this a couple of years ago).

It's in as new condition, no box comes with Le.

These units are great for getting in to protools cheap and I can think of a Uni that still uses them.

BTW has 8 analogue in's and a further 8 via ADAT ligh pipe (find a knackard black face ADAT for £50 and use it for it's A/D converters, you'd have a super cheap 16 channel set up).

    Again £65 + shipping
I've played that amp setup, it was vicious.
Yeah you both have, I'll try and sort some pic's out asap.

  9.
I used a DB728 & 680 with a pair of GS410's as my main Rig for about 4 months...... See Avatar)

for sure the best bass tone on the planet !

But the Weight !?! That 728 made an Ampeg SVT seem like a lightweight solution !!

Mine Went to a Guy in Italy for a stupidly low price, wished I'd hung on to it

I wish I had brought it, but couldnt justify two identical rigs then! But now.....hummmm :)

  10.
Nice to see you still have that fretted, glad you didn't sell it now Lee-man?

I'm gutted you changed your mind about that, it's a really nice bass.
Yeah I don't know what I was thinking. It's now my main gigging bass and sounds ace with Sadowsky stainless strings.
