Hiya, Im looking for a bass tutor in the west london area (Hammersmith/Fulham/Putney/Shepherds Bush). Im not a complete beginner as I used to be in quite a successful touring band a few years ago but I have recently let life get in the way and havent been picking up the bass as much as I should have been. A new years resolution is to get back on the wagon and improve my skills again. Im looking to cover theory, harmony, playing over changes, reading etc. I want to feel at home on a jam session! Can anyone out there help? I have my own gear and Im happy to travel but I work full time so weekends work best for me. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi there, I have been playing bass for around 10 years now and have extensive studio and live experience including national and international tours. I have my own equipment and transport. I am quite heavily involved in the music 'industry' and have made some great friends and colleagues over the years. My musical background is a little random.. I love music that gets me going. Grew up listening to Zeppelin and a lot of Motown but currently on my ipod: The Police, Rick James, Sikth, Lamb, Pink Floyd, The Clash and The Smiths.. Really digging Royal Blood at the moment as well. So tell me, what are your goals in the next year and the next 5 years? Whats your practice ethos? Do you guys work full time as well? Previous experience includes international tours, function bands, hard rock and power-stances. Im at home in sweaty rehearsal rooms and on a bus. Looking for some hard rockin' like-minded new friends to slam out some awesome rock n roll and save me from endless 12-bar blues licks. Ive got a bit of a microphonic issue.. I think my pots are causing the problem. Is this something one can fix or is it better to replace them?

Hi, I need to get this insured really and I was wondering if anyone knows how much these things are worth? I mean obviously to me its priceless! But in reality if someone robbed it, Id be gutted!!
