  1. NOW SOLD Hey everyone, I've decided to move on my headless Washburn Status 1000. Here's a bit of background for those who don't know (that I can remember). Status Basses back in the 80's wanted to crack the US market, so made a deal with Washburn to sell a hybrid Status-alike bass over there. This bass is a product of that agreement - a wooden neck and body manufactured by Washburn with Status Hardware and Electronics. I think they were only in production for a few years. If any of this is inaccurate I'm sure somebody will be along to put me straight My bass has a couple of dings here and there, some fret wear (but loads of life left) and some of the position dots are missing. That being said it's so comfortable and light on the strap, and it's got a fast, low action so it's a joy to play. Once you get used to not having a headstock, you'll feel like it's a part of you. I did sell this bass on ebay last weekend, but the winning bidder was in Russia so I cancelled the sale. It's currently relisted on there. He was a lovely chap, but I didn't want to ship over there due to the risk of ebay/paypal system potentially refunding payments while the bass is delayed in customs. Leo, if you're reading this, pls send me a message and we can work something out. I'm happy to ship overseas, but it must be entirely at the buyers risk. It comes in a hard case (a Thomann guitar case which it fits pretty snugly in). As I said I'm happy to ship, UK is around £30 tracked with full insurance, overseas around £60 with the same service. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal (but you cover the fees). Meetup with cash would be lovely too Trade or px-wise, I'm leaning towards a P/J configuration, I don't want to put into the deal but might take lesser value with cash adjustment. If anyone needs any more pics, pls ask.
  2. bump, both still available, I'm happy to discuss offers, and happy to split. I'll be putting them on Fleabay shortly
  3. haha, he actually sold before any of the bits
  4. This post cannot be displayed because it is in a forum which requires at least 1 post to view.
  5. Price drop to £140 for the pair inc shipping, or I'll sell them for £80 each shipped
  6. Selling this as I've just bought a Behringer Air unit and need to recoup some of the expense. It's in great nick, and comes in a very sturdy Thomann case. The manual is included, and I may have some rack mounting brackets too. Here's some pics. I imagine shipping would be around £25 but would be happy to look into it if needed
  7. Here's a link to the build pics (I did a build thread on here but I think it's dissolved into the ether by now) https://1drv.ms/a/s!AmX_9_KOUZjEnjoRoXY4U1Fs4iwy and here's some more pics from today. The carpet needs sticking down on the base, which is an easy job, and they need hoovering, but here you go....
  8. here's some pics, apologies for my shoddy presentation, busy day! I'll hopefully add more info when things calm down
  9. Aah gotcha, I can try to upload a pic later but it's just a standard hipshot with piezo saddles. Each one has its own leads which are plugged into the hexpander board
  10. I'm selling this unit, complete with line6 PSU and Stagg Pedal board (used as a carry case) for £250 ONO. It has the Bass pack, and the switches were replaced recently so it's all good to go. Price doesn't include shipping SOLD
  11. I've got the following for sale, happy to negotiate on prices DMX cables (4x0.5m, 3x3m, 2x1m and terminator) £20 Soundlab 4 channel stereo mixer £20 DAP stage cube 3 channel stereo mixer £35 Art AB/Y £25 Samson S-Amp headphone amp £30 EHX stompbox headphone amp £30 SOLD Line6 Midi Mobilser & Baclpack £20 Pulse 216 Rack EQ £45 Rotosound RS66LN Bass strings (4 string) £17 Ibanez Guitar stick on pickup £40 Shadow stick on piezo £20 SOLD Thomann speaker brackets (10kg) £25 Chord 3U Rack Bag £30 SOLD pics later when I get home
  12. Here's one, with some Line 6 bits I'll be listing separately later on. In my experience, the GK tracked slightly better, and was much easier to set up with the GR55, I just preferred to have the internal system as the external pickup control stopped me transporting the ACG in a hard case.
  13. Hi Ped, thanks for the heads up, I've edited the title. It's actually a hipshot piezo bridge on the ACG connected the the Graphtech Hexpander board that has a 13 pin output, so technically it'snot a GK pickup, but functionally the same. I use it to drive a GR-55 synth in an live electronica band - Art Fan Delay - that I'm a member of.
  14. selling this as I have installed the internal one on my ACG so it's surplus to requirements. Shipping extra if required, I'll add a pic when I can find where it went
  15. here's a pic of them today. I can get more if needed
