5. if you go for an unlined version, you may feel you are not playing in tune, as the dots on the side are not where the frets would be. I have played both and personally found the lined version easier to play. Scott Devine (scott's bass lessons) on youtube has a great video on fretless advice you should check it out. Also, if you are just new to it I would recommend not spending a fortune on a fretless, as they are not for everyone!! Thomann sell a Harley Beton fretless jazz at a frighteningly cheap price for the spec. http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_jb_40fl_sb.htm I can vouch for the quality and sound of this bass. Just depends if th name on the badge bothers you or not!!

9. For sale, my beloved status groove bass at a very reasonable price for honestly one of the best basses i have ever played. Extremely lightweight bass, with a very fast neck and very low action, extremely easy to play and move around quickly on. pickup sounds fantastic, almost musicman like by comparison. bass has a couple of minor dings, nothing serious. more pictures to post later. comes with moulded hiscox hardcase would prefer collection from Glasgow/Ayrshire area in Scotland.
10. For sale is my Gretsch Junior jet G2220 (twin pickup version) A really great sounding bass for old skool sound, surprisingly deep sounding for its shortscale (30") size. Good condition overall on the front with one small chip to the paint work on the back of the bass body. (awaiting new pictures) Pickup from Glasgow/Ayrshire area in Scotland prefered.
11. for sale is my Farida jazz bass, great sounding bass, this is the FJB-20 the higher end one, not the FJB-6. Generally great condition, only a slight chip on the headstock prevent it from being immaculate. Would prefer collection only from Glasgow/Ayrshire area in Scotland.
12. seems to be a well put together bass, with mahogany wood, which is slightly unusual at the price point. Passive bass, so no need to worry about the battery dying on you mid gig. looks wise, its not for me, but that's obviously a personal choice. I would imaging from a pair of soapbar pickups you will get a good variety of tones. One thing to note, is that the grind bass is a 35" scale, making it an inch longer than a standard bass. The bass gets good reviews all over the internet, so that must be reassuring! For £145, you probably cant go wrong! Enjoy!
13.
F**cking guitarist premadonna's, guitar changes, f*nnying about, pouting lips, combing hair, waxing eyebrows, leather trousers...not really but you all know what I mean
yes we do!!
14.
John Lee Hooker 10 and a half bar blues. Also wigging the f**k out on one chord
Hahaha!! Queue left hand spasm...
15. I kind of tire of playing 12 bar blues after a while, but 'long tall sally' is probably the most enjoyable to play.
