2. I love that finish Keep it like it is!
3. Thanks for all the positive comments. If anybody is on the market for Streamer Stage II, this is my offer of one in VERY clean condition. I have had some interested parties already even for the previous higher price but they ultimately backed off (I and still have one interested guy I communicate with). Sure, everybody would love to snatch SSII for £700 or 500, let them wait for the deal to emerge.. As for the reason of sale, it is as cited. Let me quote my PM replying to this question:
Well, about dislikes - this is subjective and everybody has different sound goals and plays in a bands with certain style where it should fit. This bass is technically perfect, everything is working as it should. The B is excellent, really the best one of the basses I have or have had. Only it didn't fit to the band I am playing with - they have been spoiled recently with my P-bass with flats - it means very thick, round, warm sound, and the Warwick was for them too of a sudden change - very focused and defined sounding. I was sorry about it, because I really love the looks of the SSII - it does not get much better than this... I tried setting the pups balance and on-board eq, but they still did not feel it. As for me, I would keep it, but if it is not getting played, it must go.. The neck profile was ok for me, I have no problem with it. I have also the Warwick Corvette 5 fretless and it is excellent bass.
Moreover, my new Sadowsky MS5 is fitting the bill for both me and the band so this is now my go-to bass. The SSII is excellent bass nontheless and its B is better than on the Sadowsky. There is no reason to lowball this perfect instrument.

7. TRADED Hi guys, I have a new X2 XDS95 wireless for sale. http://line6.com/xds95/ Unfortunate story for me - possible gain for you.. I bought it two weeks ago in basscentral, and because I am in Czech Republic, it does not work here. Before purchase I was reading posts by some guys who successfuly used it in UK and other in Germany, so I thought here in Czech it will work too. Well, it doesnt - it transmits the bass signal, but there is too much interference from our network in Czech. However, it is proven to work in UK!! Check these threads: http://line6.com/support/thread.jspa?messa...821&#228821 http://line6.com/support/thread.jspa?threa...89&tstart=0 http://line6.com/support/thread.jspa?messa...941&#240941 The UK user patkyle wrote in response to a German guy: Hi Tuffnik I have a XDS95 system in the UK and have had no problems with interference on any of the channels. I used a frequency meter from my works to check the transmit frequencies and found that they were : Ch1 905Mhz, Ch2 910Mhz, Ch3 915 Mhz, Ch4 920Mhz and yes you guessed it Ch5 925Mhz. So if you think you gave clear bands between 915 - 925 Mhz you should be ok. I think you will find, like me, that there is no problem from GSM interference. I have used my XDS95 system while using my GSM phone and the phone will drop out but not the XDS system. I hope that this is of some use to you. Pat Kyle So this is brand new unit, it came inside Sadowsky case with my new MS5. I asked guys at basscentral to put it inside Sadowsky case to save extra packaging, so it does not include the original cardbox. It came packed in bubblewrap. It was never used on stage or on rehearsal, only at home - only to realize that it has no use for me here.. I will pay a shipping to UK. The current street price in US is $299, I am asking $250 (£130) shipped to UK, Paypal is OK. You maybe know it is widely considered probably the best and cleanest wireless system to date, undistinguishable from the cable. Trade for other wireless is possible. here is a pic of how it came - packed in bubblewrap, no original cardboard box:
8. Hi Doctor J, what about very nice Warwick Streamer Stage II 5? Have a look here: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=21349&
9. This beauty is now for a straight sale for 1700 EUR (OBO) + shipping.
10. A beautiful SSII 5 is for sale for SOLD + shipping (about 80 EUR to UK). Please see pics and details on my ad on the other forum: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=446761 Thank you
11. You know, I have found it has too much growl for my needs. Which some for sure adore, and they are right! The Metro could be more supportive. I've found I am tending more to the jazz bass sound. I love the looks and shape of SSII so it is hard for me to let her go. Someone could be very happy with this one. On the other hand, if anybody with Metro wants more aggressive and cutting through sound, this is the swap to make! Some clips for a better idea: http://youtube.com/watch?v=28Q_uW-iGOI
12. Hello, I have for trade the Warwick Streamer Stage II 5 (2003) in very good condition. Everything works properly, perfect neck, wood is waxed, stock pups and pre. The gold plating on tuners is already a bit dull, but this is just a cosmetic thing. Excellent sound, as you would expect from the cream of the cream Warwick. Growly and tight low B. Standard Warwick Deluxe bag included. For trade I would like to see a Sadowsky Metro (preferably MS5 in '59 burst). I am new on this forum, but I am quite frequent on talkbass.com. (http://www.talkbass.com/forum/member.php?u=40144) I posted here as I am from Czech and it is closer to the UK than to States. Moreover, if we arrange a trade deal, I am willing to make a trip to London and make a trade in person to avoid a hassle with sending and customs, etc. So here are the pics: Thanks for your attention
