  1. PRICE DROP... absolute bargain! Bass is pristine, lets arrange to meet up, and you can see for yourself!
  2. *Price Drop* (now £800 ovno). Selling my 2012 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass (Serial Number: US12272937)- £800 ovno. With Olympic white finish and rosewood fingerboard. IMMACULATE condition (still with original sales stickers!). All original pickups and hardware. Never been gigged; brought originally to use in my home studio, but found that it rarely got used. Has remained in its case for over a year now, so finally decided that it's better off with someone else who can put it to some proper use. Includes it's original Fender SKB hardcase (also in immaculate condition) with case candy! UK postage included; unless you are local, and prefer to collect in person (I'm based in Birmingham). Any questions? Please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to answer them...
  3. *DESCRIPTION UPDATED, UK POSTAGE NOW AVAILABLE WITH THIS BASS. Kind regards. Greg.
  4. There is always that lol. Then again, the cash would be nice to use elsewhere
  5. Cheers Wilco. Its a great bass that plays well and sounds excellent!
  6. Hi spongebob. Sorry for late reply. Afraid not. Old school, so prefer collection. At least I can get the chance to meet you and vice versa. Cheers.
  7. No longer up for trade. Please delete post. Much thanks.
  8. Awesome stuff guys, thanks to all of you for your suggestions- will defo have a look into all of them and let you know how I get on. Appreciate it!
  9. Thanks bluejay. Flatwounds would ideal if I was strictly fingerstyle, but I also do a lot of slapping- flat wounds don't quite have the snap I'm after
  10. Hey everybody, come to pick your brains one more time if I may... I've been using Rotosound SM66 40-100 Swing Bass's for a couple of years now; I like the tone, however, they feel very coarse (even when broken in)- so I'm thinking of changing brands. Is there anything else out there that's alittle smoother under my fingers? (but with all the same tone obviously) Preferably, I'd like to stick to the same criteria (stainless steels, 40.60.80.100). Hoped you could throw some suggestions my way, based on personal experiences. All feedback welcome, and greatly appreciated. P.S- I don't mind spending the extra cash if it means genuine quality (smooth, tone, long lasting). Much thanks,
