I had white nylon strings on it which cost me £60ish and they were saying oh we will need to put normal strings on to sell it ( which they haven't) I traded an acoustic guitar at the same time and they said its got a bump by the bridge - probably moisture related. It was invisible to my eyes !

And the shops generally give you a fraction of the actual value .  I know they assume the risk of things not selling but they want profit on both sides of the deal. I recently px'd a Squier CV 70's Jazz 5 in mint condition and got £125 for it !

Now for sale on their site for £279. I've not dealt with Bass Direct or Bass Bros so don't know what kind of value they give.

Pricing things is difficult too in a slow market - you don't want to make things too high and put people off completely but then people try and knock the price down on every listing so you don't want to start low and give people the wrong expectation.

FB market prices are ridiculous generally - I don't know how people sell on there - they can be more than shop prices.

Sophistication well beyond her years. I wanted to go and see her live but saw a youtube clip of her in concert and its just a load of screaming teenage girls. More than a grumpy old man could take !
