  1. That's fine! If you change your mind let me know
  2. Don't suppose you'd fancy a trade for a 5 string american jazz? I'm in Sheffield too if you'd like to try it!
  3. Trade for American 5 string jazz? http://basschat.co.uk/topic/200932-fsft-american-1997-fender-jazz-bass-5-string
  4. Either a 5 or 6 string I think, I really need a low B. I'd need something professional looking that I could play in any situation, wether it be a jam night or wedding. And of course of similar value. Although I would prefer a sale.
  5. Bumping. Any interest? MINT condition bass.

  7. BigRedX, that looks awesome! Love how it's all one piece. Mines basically just a chunk of wood painted black and matte glossed to match the black pickups.
  8. That looks awesome! Loving the scalloped frets too. Kinda debating with myself wether to leave mine on it take it off. It doesn't look too good.
  9. I know this is sometimes quite a conteravesial subject, but do any of you guys play with a ramp? What's your opinions of them? I have one (home made) fitted on my SR506, it makes the bass effortless to play, it practicly plays itself. But I have had to adjust my playing style quite a lot. Do you guys have them on your basses? Do you think they make a tonal differance? -Mike
  10. Isn't it just! I love it, it's got silver glitter in the finish too

  12. Thanks guys! The 506 is awesome! I don't have a bad word to say about it. It's effortless to play, the neck is so thin and it's a very light bass. I've not actually played either, so unfortunately I can't compare. Out of all the basses I own/have owned the 506 is by far the most comfortable bass to play, and one of the best sounding too! I'm sure you'll be fine with the build mate! Keep me posted on how it goes! Haha, maybe -Mike
