I quite liked the Ting Tings - although I can't help feeling that bands like them succeed in using technology to complicate the performance of essentialy simplistic music. Get a bassist! Hold Steady were good but a bit limp compared to last time they were on Jools.

I got the impression that Duffy's band were a bunch of session guys who'd been told to play like they were "really into it". Perhaps that explains their somewhat incongruous twitching & posturing.

On balance, a poor show that felt like it dragged on for years, the highlight really was some lovely musicianship from Jools' band.

It must just be me but i thought that was the shittest hootenany yet.

Just not thinking about it to much seems to work for me.

I cant believe at this price i have not had more offers. This is a beautiful bass and the hardware bridge etc is completely new and shiny.

Hiya all i have been ringing round getting quotes on shipping a bass to rome.Cheapest i can get insured is 165 quid! (DHL)This seems a bit steep.Is this correct?I think it cost less for me and the mrs to fly out 2 years ago.

I am not loyal to any shops,why should i be,as far as im concerned the less shops the better(less concrete) the internet is better and cheaper,i dont need any advice. London shopping is no fun anymore and it reminds me of new york ,plus it stinks.
