Currently watching Macca on BBC1, his voice is too low in the mix, FFS turn it up a couple of clicks on the desk.

Caught a bit of Celeste, in fact just enough to tell me the Jubilee performance wasn’t a one off .....
Alison Krauss and Mr Page were good, with a top band too. Sam Fender left me a bit underwhelmed,
but maybe just me. Watching Haim now, pretty good.
Apparently Celeste is being touted as the new Billie Holiday, 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Quite enjoyed Crowded House, the only bit that spoilt it for me was having that young kid on the stage, why ?
Some tasty bass work by Nick Seymour.

We live in Loughton which is circa 20mins on the central line to Stratford station.
The road we’re on (approx 5-10 mins walk to the station) is permit only but if you message me your reg I can sort a virtual permit for the day, if that helps?
Ain’t the transport on strike ?

This is what I consider to be a genuine reaction video, Robert Plant was clearly moved by this stunning performance by Heart.

I think I possibly recognised 1% of all the acts listed from that huge extensive list.
There is only one act I would really like to see performing, that’s Crowded House.

Would have been so much better as an instrumental . Barely one note sung in tune,
and not in a key where she could convey the melody properly either.
Totally agree, a very painful listening experience.
I was enjoying the Duran Duran performance until that woman came on and started rapping halfway through one track.

This might help.

Stealer, Free tribute at Elme Hall Blues Club.
Jeff Rich ex Status Quo on the drums.
The video sound quality is not great, it was recorded by someone employed by the venue.

I didn’t realise Living In A Box, that band from the 80’s had reformed.😀

Definitely, every band I have ever played in has been my type of music.
I’m a weekend warrior and just play as a hobby, I would have zero interest in joining a band that played music I didn’t like.
I totally understand musicians who rely on gigging for a living doing it, as they need the money coming in.

A big fat NO from me.
