As someone who had just reduced something to 95 quid I had a Kafka-eque moment there!

I guess the question is whether one is allowed to run ads in both spaces? Quite happy to delete this one?

Bump for possible trade for a nice old sampler, preferably something a bit dusty and 12 bit from the 80s? Akai S900/950/ EMAX I?

I had one of these in red. Light as a feather and a very comfy sixer.

Up for sale is my awesome 'Blue Marvin' 2600. Just moving it to make space for another piece of gear. These 2600 clones are FANTASTIC.
Here's a little ditty made up entirely from 2600 perc/arp/bass noises.
Also, if you're up for a trade for an older (especially 12 bit) akai, I 'm all ears
And pics!

I'm getting more and more into playing my battered old Spencer upright piano (1936). I got it for free 20yrs ago from a work colleague who had it re-conditioned then gave up on it. It just sounds great. I never got it tuned after the last move into my current house and it has a wild and woolly hauntology-drenched sound. They're wonderful things...
And as Rufus Reid says...."all bass players should make friends with the piano..." -
I've had a couple of XLs over the years. Fantastic basses and I really miss my last one. If anyone wants to sell theirs, drop me line...

Up for sale is my ROLAND DB700. A classic all in one package for not a lot. Capable of putting out a lot of wallop and some delightfully 90s processing when needed to boot (especially the chorus!)
Roland Spec sheet
(https://www.roland.com/ca/products/db-700/)Digital bass amplifier with FFP amplifier technology for maximum punch and compact design
COSM amp models of Solid State, Tube and Tube Drive bass amps, plus natural tube compression
Perfect size and power for mid- to large-size stages and concert halls
Dynamics-sensitive "D-Chorus" effect
Shape controls and three-band EQ with semi-parametric midrange
Amp settings can be stored in program memory for instant recall via footswitch
250W total output power using 15" speaker and high-efficiency horn tweeter
Built-in DI with XLR and 1/4" outputs
Simple operation with knob-based control
This works fine (had a blast on it yesterday) but is a tiny bit cosmetically challenged (see pics). Asking price reflects this I hope. But it's definitely loud, no buzzing, and does the job admirably!
PICKUP ONLY - Available for pick up at a friends address in North London (Finsbury Pk area)

Tony Marinelli is just fantastic and played such a key role in the sound of Thriller. Probably the best tutorials on sound design on YT in my opinion...
