1. Ok I've got it straight now....I saw Kev B's Jazz not the Butterscotch one , anyway we're waiting for you to tellus where you got it from Kev or is that Kev
2. Yeah I know Kev I saw it before the forum changed So where did the bridge come from????
3. You can't go wrong with a MIJ Jazz, as good as a USA in my opinion. I'm gassing after a 62 fretless. Do you know about this chap: http://www.fareastguitars.co.uk/index.htm I've seen some nice stuff on there.
4.
I have always fancied a Badass bridge but i felt that the Badass 2 was abit too big. I really like the look of Badass 3 and i have just put one on my USA Jazz and i have to say i am over the moon with it. I liked the orginal american bridge and i could defo tell the difference in quality between that and a mex but i was dissapointed when the screws and springs begun to rust after only a handfull of gigs. So anyway the badass 3 cost me about £57 with postage from the USA. I ordered it and payed with pay pal last wednesday tea time and it wa a lovely suprise when it arrived on tuesday morning. I installed the bridge very quickly and easily and then i started on sorting the action and intonation. It really is a great upgrade. If anyone is interested i will let u know who i bort it from 'cos the delivery was very quick indeed. Kev
I love Badass Kev, need to put one on my USA Jazz, seems like a good price you had there, don't think the Badass 2 would have done the job the 3 is designed for the new type Jazz USA and Deluxe although you probably know that anyway, so I'll stop waffling. Let us know where it came from Kev. Cheers, Jase.
5.
ideally what i want is something that i don't have lots of layers of stuff so i can get to something easily and then put the stuff away again. a bag wouldn't be any good cos i'd probably spend most of the time rooting around in it
I use a bag type holdall thing and it is the root to all evil
6. I'd Really love a maple fretless, Fender Jazz.
7. As always.....GEDDY, GEDDY, GEDDY, OI, OI, OI!!!
8. 6lb!!! that's light, probably get all matted after a few gigs though....and a bit smelly
9. I have two Fender Jazz, Geddy and USA (defretted) If I could have one then I'd love a fretless Geddy. The old Geddy always gets my vote
