  1. Hi all, having a bit of a clearout as I have way too many basses and guitars. Please check out my other threads: Basses - Sandberg TT5 - 1978 Fender Precision - 1972 Fender Jazz Guitars - G&L ASAT Tribute - Palm Bay Cyclone Custom This is a 1987 Warwick Streamer Stage One. What to say about this bass... if you know your Warwicks then you'll know this is a rare beast, I've only seen maybe one more left handed ones of these in all my years. Neck through, body is cherry and the neck is wenge. Pickups are EMG. This will be one of the first to get the newer Warwick bridge (after they changed from the one-piece style). Bass is in great condition for its age, plays great and sounds great. Some small scuffs and dings and slight discolouration around the pickup- all the stuff you'd expect. Electronics etc are all original. Neck is much slimmer than the modern Warwicks; if you don't like their chunky necks now then this will win you over. It's also light as hell! Couple of other things to mention. One is that the strap pins were moved at one point to help it balance better. Second is that the battery cover came loose at some point and the previous owner duct taped it back on. I've never removed the tape as I didn't want to cause any damage to the body by doing it (and it holds the battery cover on which is a plus). I actually love this bass, I just don't play it enough. I'd part for it for the right price but I'm more than happy keeping it if nobody wants to meet the price. I'm vaguely open to trades but it'd have to be something quite special or alternatively something that has more than one of my instruments in the trade. I'm looking to slim down the collection so cash is much preferred. I am open to postage but would prefer collection if possible. Please let me know any questions, happy to help

Please check out my other threads: Basses - Sandberg TT5 - 1987 Warwick Streamer Stage One - 1972 Fender Jazz Guitars - G&L ASAT Tribute - Palm Bay Cyclone Custom This is a Fender Precision from 1978. This bass was professionally refinished in 2013, I believe it was originally sunburst. The invoice for this and related documentation is included. The parts are all original except the pickguard and strap pins (the originals are included in the sale). The neck is true, truss rod works, frets have minimal wear. Plays great, sounds great- it's a Fender Precision, can't go wrong! Comes with a non-original hardcase. I'm vaguely open to trades but it'd have to be something quite special or alternatively something that has more than one of my instruments in the trade. 3. Hi all, having a bit of a clearout as I have way too many basses and guitars. Please check out my other threads: Basses - 1987 Warwick Streamer Stage One - 1978 Fender Precision - 1972 Fender Jazz Guitars - G&L ASAT Tribute - Palm Bay Cyclone Custom This is a Sandberg TT5 which has a factory relic. Plays wonderfully, neck is nice and fast. Sound amazing! B string is nice and strong. I took the pickguard off but it's included with the sale along with some racing stripe decals I got for it but never got around to fitting (a set of white and a set of pink). Comes with the original Sandberg gigbag. One point of note is that I've experienced the active preamp drain the battery quite quickly, feels like there's maybe a ground short or similar. I always play it in passive so it's never really been an issue for me. I've taken some money off the price to reflect this. 4. The Precision Elite II basses are definitely knocking about, I had this one a few years ago (but it's long gone now)
  5. Only weird bit with it is that the back of the headstock looks wrong. The tuners should be recessed with a ridge down the middle, like this:
  6. A nice Warwick Streamer LX5 has just gone up on Arni's site. Looks like a decent price at 950€
  7. Interesting that the back of the body is flamed maple too, I think they're usually swamp ash
  8. Argh this bass is such a temptation! I've literally had this open in a tab on my browser for about 3 weeks now!
  9. I have replied to your PM, happy to continue discussing there. Thanks!
  10. Hi Andy, it is indeed. Feel free to send me a PM about if if you have any questions!
  11. This Yamaha 5er looks good too and I think the price is good but I don't really know them that well so can't really comment: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-TRB1005L-Left-Hand-Bass/184197871097?hash=item2ae30c75f9:g:jJ4AAOSw55peTY9O Another one that's been listed before and didn't sell so an offer lower than the starting bid might work
  12. This Schecter looks to be a good deal if someone likes fretless 6 strings: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Schecter-diamond-series-Studio-6-String-Left-handed-Fretless-Bass/133350658416?hash=item1f0c519170:g:Mf8AAOSwzjxeVTKE It didn't sell last time at that price so you might be in for a bargain if you play your cards right
  13. Selling a brand new Keeley Caverns V2. Only opened the box once to get the photo! Still in the original plastic with all the box candy etc. Absolutely great pedal (I know because I already have one 😉). Brilliant reverb and delay with various mod options. Top mounted inputs for easy pedal-board mounting. Details from Keeley: The Caverns Delay Reverb V2 dual-effect pedal combines delay and reverb for the perfect end to any pedal board. It features Keeley’s analog-style tape delay with modulation options. The 650ms of warm delay combine with Spring, Shimmer or Modulated Reverb. Caverns now comes with a True-Bypass or Trails option. Because of its small and compact design, the New Caverns is a perfect fit for any fly-rig or small board where you have tight space requirements. The New V2 features Keeley’s most popular time-based effects, blended perfectly via a design fine-tuned for over 2 years. Simply put, it will be an amazing addition to any board. The Reverb side of the pedal features 3 cavernous sounds: Spring Mode – Blackface Amp style spring reverb with F Style Tremolo Modulation Mode – Choral modulation to the reverb for a huge, cavernous space Shimmer Mode – Reverb with emphasis on octave-up voices in the reverb trails The Delay side of the pedal incorporates Keeley’s popular Magnetic Echo circuit, which is designed to emulate analog tape delay lines. Three way switchable modulation gives you options for adding Wow and Flutter to the repeats. Perfectly voiced echoes sit well in the mix, either clean or with distortion. Looking for £135 £125 SOLD. Would prefer to have it picked up but I'm open to postage at which would be about a fiver extra.
