1. I think I know somebody who's looking for one of these. Got any pics?
2.
fancy a trade for a boutique wren & cuff pickle pie fuzz pedal?
Hey, cheers for the offer but I don't really use a lot of fuzz
3. Given it a clean today, here's some slightly nicer pics. Also restringing it has seemed to sort out the fret buzz problem, but I'd still advise getting a proper set up.
4. I'd trade my parents for the bongo... their good parents too
5. I'm trying to trade off an OLP MM3 (http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=11884). I'm going to buy some cleaning products tomorrow and was wondering if anyone could reccomend the best thing to clean up the fretboard? Cheers
6.
Ha Ha - that'll teach me to type whilst eating my dinner. So, is it a Tangleray or a Stingwood? Hamster
Man you've got to watch those stingwoods, one minute it's stitting on a guitar stand, the next it has custody of your kids and is forcing your 85 yearold great grandad to work for Ford on the break disk line for minimum wage
7.
Whoa - clean that fretboard before you try and flog it !
Will do, was in 2 minds wether to wait until I get cleaning stuff tomorrow and then put the pics up, or just put what I've got up and then put the proper ones up tomorrow... actually gin and strongbow may have played a part in my original decision, blame them ... I'd also welcome any feedback on what i'm asking for in trade, does it sound fair enough or am i hopeing?
8. I've decided to put my OLP MM3 up for trade, it's natural with a tortoise shell pick guard, I bought it about a year ago. To look at the bass is in excellent condition, however it needs a good set up as the action is a bit high (would get it done myself, however I can't find anywhere near me that does them). The bass has a very nice sound for a bass in its price range and would make an excellent first bass or first 5-string if your thinking about switching over and don't want to risk making too much of an investment. There is good tension on the B string (unlike some budget 5's) and it holds tune very well. Also it's built like a tank and should withstand anything you can throw at it. If possible i'd like to trade it for some bass effects pedals (especially a wah), a Vintage Les Paul or SG Copy, or an entryish level Ibanez, LTD or Dean guitar. However I will consider any offers of trade or cash. I live in South Wales so things can either be sorted by post or I can travel as far as Cardiff (maybe Bristol at a push), or you can pick it up from Port Talbot (near Swansea). Pictures are further down.

feedback for mike

Bought a Warwick Corvette Standard off him. Arrived in excellent condition, very well packed and good communication. I would highly reccomend Thanks!
10. Thanks for the advice. Think i'll try and find somebody that does set ups and get them to do it. I'm not entirely sure what i'm doing so things will probably go horribly wrong if i try
11. Hi, i've had an OLP MM3 for just over a year now and basically it's never been right since day one. The neck is quite horribly bowed, however when i straighten it I get fret buzz on the 2nd and 6th frets on all strings, the action is high but lowering it causes the same problem. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to try and sort it out myself? I've already tried adjusting the truss rod and action at the bridge. Or should I try taking it to a professional to set it up? Also how much should a set up cost?... Or I could try and sell it, although in the condition it's in I have no idea how much to ask
12. He must have pulled it as i clicked buy it now lol... ah well, atleast I'l only have to explain one new bass turning up this week

14. No problem. Can stop worrying that i've transferred £350 into a completely random bank account now, damn Halifax only asking for the account number and sort code
