I gave it a go with my November entry, too. I already use mastering software, which gives me excellent results, but I must admit that the Landr result was even better (disclaimer: I'm more than half-deaf, so pinches of salt could be in order..! ). It's certainly a lot faster than the multi-pass software on my creaking old XP PC..!
I'm going to replace my current Soundcloud entry with the new version and we'll see if it sounds OK to others...

A few hours spare..? I'd get nearly a dozen done in that time..!

(OK, none would be any good, I'll grant you, but still... A few hours..! :P )

About 70% would probably be of questionable standard but the remaining 30% would be pure gold. I've been keeping pie charts on all of ye. :D lol.

4. Really great. I think I'll play that next time I'm at an open mic. I bet it would work great on acoustic. And to boot..... The barmaids name is Sue and she loves a good throttling.

It must be liberating to be at a stage in your career where you can churn out music like that because you want to. No pressure from the record company.

I liked it, it was edgy. I don't think I wanna hear it again though.

5. It's all about promotion. You've gotta be identified. You must stand out. Do something completely off the scale at your gigs that will get people talkin. Social media is key these days. You need to get people communicating about your band on social media. Do something like an ice bucket challenge for all the band but one of the guys is wearing baggy trousers and they fall down when he gets iced. That's a silly example off the top of my head but something like that will get your name in people's faces. Oh yeah.... Be nice.
