  1. Hello, There are a lot of talks about the 12" equiped Vanderkley cab but not so much about the 10" and especialy the 4x10". If you've tried the 4x10", could you share your opinion about this cab ? I've got a Glockenklang Quattro that I'd like to replace for something more manageable. Is the VDK is in the same tone univers ? Thanks in advance
  2. PM still unanswered and no answer here. Does it means that the bass is no longer for sale ? Could you clarify please ? Thanks
  3. Hello, Is the bass still for sale ? PM sent. Thanks
  4. Hello, The 15" in the Barefaced Compact is a Cappalite 3015ho from Eminence. Cheers
  5. Thanks Len_derby. You seem to have a pretty nice collection too. I play in a rock fusion band named Shivering. Cheers
  6. Good evening friends, a little post to introduce myself to the community. I'm from north of France and has been a bass player for.... well... I bought my first bass in 1995. I became a bass player later. Steve Harris was the man who leads me to grabe a bass and I'm still immensly full of respect for the man and the band that started it all for me. Today I've widen my listening to jazz, funk, soul, rock and fusion of all sort but I'm always happy to put an original "Live after death" or "Seventh son..." on the turn table. Marcus Miller was my second revelation. And then there was Mark king, Jaco, Victor... you know them all I'm quite a gear addict. Not for collection sake but realy cause I'm curious, like to try everything and have cyclic tone goal. My curent equipement is : Basses : Roscoe LG3005, Roscoe SKB3005 fretless, Bacchus Woodline ash 5, Warwick Streamer jazzman 5, Warwick Hotrod LTD 2005, Ibanez MIJ ATK 305 and Carvin B4. Amps : Glockenklang Soul and Glockenklang Quattro 4x10" cab, Tecamp Puma 500 with M212 cab and recently acquired Barefaced Midget T. Finaly, I check this forum for a long time without being registered. What strikes me the most is that this is one of the only forum that has resisted to the "club" trend that I can't support on other forums, you know, those 50 pages topic dedicated to a brand or specific model where you can't find any infos... Well done gentlemen ! Or maybe just a last thing I like to share. I'm almost blind and so use a screen reader software (vocal synthesis) to access to my computer and consequently to the forum. This, in addition to the fact that english is not my mother tong could lead me to make quite a lot of spelling mistake. Please forgive me and try to pass aboth that. Hope we'll have some good time. Cheers
