1. Fantastic condition. 3TSB includes tort guard. Solid wood not ply. The pic looks like the rout for the pickup is not there but I can assure you the standard factory routs are there for pups, wiring and controls, just a trick of the picture. £43 shipped. 4. Hi, This is a well played example of Gibsons USA line of "Raw Power" SG's. It has some play marks, but nothing at all serious on the body, there is quite a lot of play wear on the neck fret board between the frets, this is genuine wear from a well loved and played guitar, there is a little fret wear but hardly noticeable. Overall though in great condition, with the powerful double twin humbuckers and the smoked see through scratch plate, all this is original to the guitar. There is loads about the particular version of the SG on line and check out the official Gibson info below, but needless to say these are renowned for there bite and "Raw Power" Comes shipped in a nice padded PRS gig bag. £399 plus £10 pp gift or transfer. 5. Is it me or are folk posting stuff for sale on the old forum and ignoring the new format? Is this known as "posting with your feet" as it were?
6. have u a price on the combo on its own?
7.
Ooh tempting! Could build a nice compact 2x15 with these. With only 300w between them, shouldn't need a particularly big cabinet and with ample bracing should only need to bother with 12mm ply rather than 18mm. But I really can't spend on fripperies at the moment! Bah! Truckstop
And they're cheap, I agree would make a good project if you were any good with a jig saw which im not!
8. Great condition and had little use. 8 ohms each and 150 watts each, great condition no tears, rips or damage. £49 shipped the pair. pp gift or transfer.

10. Top chap, top deal, recommended.
11.
I appreciate it's a work in progress but like Mr Horse once said, "No sir.... I don't like it". The marketplace has always been the spark of life for this forum and now that the new listings have lost their linear, conversational vibe for me the forum seems slower and... duller. Rare, coveted or keenly priced items generate more replies in sale threads and stay near the top of the board, whilst less exciting overpriced items sink quickly only to return to view briefly with the echo of a "bump.... bump........ pricedrop.... anybody?". That's a dynamism that the new classifieds lack. I can't see the interaction between members that would normally take place in the old marketplace spilling out into the other forums and I can't imagine why it would. Questions asked in the new classifieds seem non existant and as the number of basses for sale grows I guess will mainly come to consist of.. "is this item still for sale?"
I have begun to sympathise with this view about the new classifieds, it has lost its dynamism, chat, interaction etc all of the above basically. I would vote for a return to the old forum with a £'s advertising/listing cost. I realise it is being born but in some ways its a bit too slick and impersonal for BC. hummmmmm..
12. Bravo to ped and the other mods I say, i'm not sure about the new forum layout personally but am willing to give it time, the guys need to raise some cash which is understandable, 'cause nothing is free let's face it, as ped says of it doesn't work they will change it back. I think there are issues, and I too liked the old for sale forum for it's interaction and comments, but let's see. I guess a selling fee of £1.75 as stated could be applied to the old forum format as well if needs be. I guess it would depend on the value of the item being sold but as a starter £1.75 seems reasonable for the benefit of using such a great forum.
13. MC294 went to Mr Tricky, all cool.
14. Drop to £1150 for a lovely vintage P. May put this in the new classifieds as well.
15. Listed in new classifieds section. http://basschat.co.u...-2003-mim-l299/
16. Details in the new classifieds section. Made in 2009. http://basschat.co.u...-iii-head-l299/
17. Aswell as the aforementioned malware issue it would appear listing in either the old forum for sale forum or the new classifieds section is not working. Sorry, not sure whether its helpful or not to keep posting problems as you're probably upto your ears in it. The £1.75 btw seems reasonable
